23. On 23 May 1995, Iraqi forces began installing an antenna near the geographical coordinates of NC 430-650 on the map of Naft-Shahr, in no man's land, west of Kaneh-Kaboud river.
٣٢ - وفي ٢٣ أيار/مايو ١٩٩٥، شرعت القوات العراقية في تركيب هوائي بالقرب من اﻹحداثيين الجغرافيين NC430-650 على خريطة نفط شهر، في المنطقة الحرام، غرب نهر كنه كبود.
