وتحرص الأمانة أيضا على أن تكون التقارير عن نتائج الاستعراض متسمة بالحياد والسلاسة والاتساق وتؤدي جميع المهام [المنوطة بها] [المحدّدة] في هذا الإطار المرجعي وأي مهام أخرى لازمة لضمان كفاءة أداء الآلية.

45. The secretariat shall help facilitate that [review outcome reports] are [impartial,] streamlined and consistent and fulfil all relevant tasks [mandated to it] [identified] in the present terms of reference [and any other tasks required for the efficient functioning of the Mechanism].
45- تُعِين الأمانة على أن يتيسّر [حياد و] /سلاسة واتساق [التقارير عن حصيلة الاستعراض] وتؤدي جميع المهام ذات الصلة [المنوطة بها] [المحدّدة] في هذا الإطار المرجعي [وأي مهام أخرى لازمة لضمان كفاءة أداء الآلية].
