17- وتشجَّع الدول الأطراف الأربع التي لم تفِ بعد بالتزاماتها بموجب المادة 4 على مواصلة تقديم معلومات إلى الدول الأطراف الأخرى عن التقدم المحرز في تنفيذ المادة 4 لا عن طريق التقارير السنوية بمقتضى المادة 7 فحسب بل أيضاً في كل اجتماع من اجتماعات اللجنة الدائمة لتدمير المخزونات وفي كل اجتماع من اجتماعات الدول الأطراف، كما تقضي بذلك خطة عمل كارتاخينا.

يقدم المسجل إلى كل اجتماع من اجتماعات الدول اﻷطراف تقريرا عن تحصيل الاشتراكات والسلف المقدمة إلى صندوق رأس المال المتداول.

At each Meeting of States Parties, the provisional agenda and the supplementary list, together with the report of the General Committee thereon, shall be submitted to the Meeting for approval as soon as possible after the opening of the Meeting of States Parties.
