تنظر كل دولة من الدول المتعاقدة في أن تدرج في تشريعاتها الجنائية الداخلية إمكانية تحميل المسؤولية الجنائية للشخصيات الاعتبارية التي تجني أرباحا من الجريمة المنظمة، أو التي تعمل كغطاء لمنظمة إجرامية.

3. each Contracting State shall take necessary measures to create the possibility of the confiscation of the profits deriving from organized crime.
٣ - تتخذ كل دولة من الدول المتعاقدة التدابير اللازمة لتوفير إمكانية مصادرة اﻷرباح الناشئة عن الجريمة المنظمة.

each Contracting State shall take legislative measures to recognize, in their domestic law, the previous foreign conviction for offences referred to in article 1 of the present Convention for the purpose of establishing the criminal history of the alleged offender.
تتخذ كل دولة من الدول المتعاقدة التدابير التشريعية التي تكفل الاعتراف، في قوانينها الداخلية، بأحكام اﻹدانة اﻷجنبية السابقة للجرائم المشار إليها في المادة ١ من هذه الاتفاقية، بغرض إثبات التاريخ اﻹجرامي للشخص المدعى ارتكابه هذه الجرائم.

Referring to the 1951 Convention relating to the Status of Refugees, in particular article 16, which stipulates that " [a] refugee shall have free access to the courts of law on the territory of all Contracting States " ,
وإذ تشير إلى اتفاقية عام 1951 المتعلقة بمركز اللاجئين، وبخاصة الفقرة 16 منها التي تنص على " وجوب أن تتاح للاجئ إمكانية الوصول بحرية إلى المحاكم في إقليم كل دولة من الدول المتعاقدة " ،

" ٣ - تتخذ كل دولة من الدول المتعاقدة التدابير اللازمة لتوفير امكانية مصادرة اﻷرباح الناشئة عن الجريمة المنظمة.

" 1. each Contracting State shall make the offences enumerated in article 1 of the present Convention punishable by appropriate penalties that take into account their grave nature.
" ١ - على كل دولة من الدول المتعاقدة أن تجعل الجرائم المحددة في المادة ١ من هذه الاتفاقية مستوجبة للعقاب بعقوبات مناسبة تراعى فيها الطبيعة الخطرة لتلك الجرائم.

" 2. each Contracting State shall make punishable acts consisting of participation in or association with an organized crime group whose purpose it is to commit offences.
" ٢ - على كل دولة من الدول المتعاقدة أن توجب العقاب على اﻷعمال التي تنطوي على الاشتراك في جماعة اجرامية منظمة يكون الغرض منها هو ارتكاب الجرائم، أو الارتباط بمثل هذه الجماعة.

" ١ - تتخذ كل دولة من الدول المتعاقدة التدابير التشريعية التي تكفل سريان ولايتها القضائية على الجرائم المذكورة في المادة ١ من هذه الاتفاقية، في الحالات التالية:

" 1. each Contracting State shall consider necessary legislative measures, including extradition of its nationals, if the extradition is requested in respect of any offence defined in article 1 of the present Convention.
" ١ - تنظر كل دولة من الدول المتعاقدة في اتخاذ التدابير التشريعية اللازمة، بما في ذلك تسليم رعاياها، اذا كان طلب التسليم متصلا بأي جريمة من الجرائم المحددة في المادة ١ من هذه الاتفاقية.

" 1. The Contracting States shall consider entering into bilateral and multilateral agreements, including the direct cooperation between their police agencies and common operations in the territory of each Contracting State.
" ١ - تنظر الدول المتعاقدة في الدخول في اتفاقات ثنائية ومتعددة اﻷطراف، تشمل التعاون المباشر بين وكالات الشرطة فيها والقيام بعمليات مشتركة في اقليم كل دولة من الدول المتعاقدة.
