1. Recommends that the General Assembly at its fifty-sixth session adopt the provisional rules of procedure of the World Summit on Sustainable Development as contained in the annex to the present resolution.
1 - توصي الجمعية العامة بأن تعتمد في دورتها السادسة والخمسين النظام الداخلي المؤقت لمؤتمر القمة العالمي للتنمية المستدامة كما يرد في مرفق هذا القرار.

1. Adopts the scale of fees, which takes into consideration the Kyoto Protocol adjusted scale, for the international transaction log for the biennium 2012 - 2013, as contained in the annex to this decision;
1- يعتمد جدول الرسوم الذي يأخذ في الاعتبار الجدول المعدَّل لبروتوكول كيوتو فيما يتعلق بسجل المعاملات الدولي لفترة السنتين 2012-2013 كما يرد في مرفق هذا المقرر؛

Adopts the rules of procedure of the Compliance Committee as contained in the annex to this decision, in accordance with the provisions of section III, paragraph 2 (d), of the annex to decision 27/CMP.1;
1- يعتمد النظام الداخلي للجنة الامتثال كما يرد في مرفق هذا المقرر، وفقاً لأحكام الفرع ثالثاً، الفقرة 2 (د)، من مرفق المقرر 27/م إأ-1؛

2. At its first meeting, as recorded in paragraph 7 of decision SC-1/12 on national implementation plans, the Conference of the Parties of the Stockholm Convention adopted the guidance for the review and updating of national implementation plans as contained in the annex to that decision.
2 - وفي اجتماعه الأول وحسبما ورد في الفقرة 7 من مقرر اتفاقية استكهولم - 1/12 بشأن خطط التنفيذ الوطنية، اعتمد مؤتمر الأطراف في اتفاقية استكهولم التوجيه بشأن استعراض وتحديث خطط التنفيذ الوطنية كما يرد في مرفق هذا المقرر.

1. Pursuant to paragraph 10 of General Assembly resolution 60/251, and in accordance with rule 6 of the rules of procedure of the Human Rights Council as contained in the annex to Council resolution 5/1, the Council shall hold special sessions, when needed, at the request of a member of the Council with the support of one third of the membership of the Council.
1- عملاً بالفقرة 10 من قرار الجمعية العامة 60/251، ووفقاً للمادة 6 من النظام الداخلي لمجلس حقوق الإنسان كما يرد في مرفق قرار المجلس 5/1، يعقد المجلس، عند الضرورة، دورات استثنائية بناء على طلب عضو من أعضائه، بتأييد ثُلث أعضاء المجلس.
