رابعا - إمكانية تطبيق العناصر على مرفق البيئة العالمية بوصفه كيان تشغيل لﻵلية المالية

Decides that the Global Environment Facility, as an operating entity of the financial mechanism, should:
1- يقرر أن مرفق البيئة العالمية، بوصفه كيان تشغيل الآلية المالية، ينبغي أن يقوم بما يلي:

Article 21, paragraph 3, designates the Global Environment Facility as an interim operating entity of the financial mechanism.
2- وتحدِّد الفقرة 3 من المادة 21 مرفق البيئة العالمية(1) باعتباره كيان تشغيل مؤقت للآلية المالية.

The SBI will also consider the reports from the operating entity of the financial mechanism.

Currently the Global Environment Facility (GEF) serves as an operating entity of the financial mechanism for the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, as well as the Convention on Biological Diversity, the Stockholm Convention and the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification.
