1. The procuring entity shall solicit tenders in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 1 and 5 of article 34 of this Law.

I would like to inform members that, under the terms of paragraphs 10 and 11 of part A of the annex to the draft resolution, the General Assembly would decide that:

4- إذا نشأت، لأي سبب، صعوبات في تحديد أو استيفاء الأساس الإحصائي لحساب الأصوات وفقا لأحكام الفقرتين 2 و3 من هذه المادة، يجوز للمجلس أن يقرر، بتصويت خاص، حساب الأصوات على أساس إحصائي مختلف.

298. Under the terms of paragraphs 9 and 10 of resolution S-22/1, the Council:
