وفي الواقع أن الحق غير القابل للتصرف لجميع الدول الأعضاء في الحصول على التكنولوجيا النووية لأغراض سلمية دون تمييز يشكل أساس المعاهدة نفسه.

In that connection, the Syrian Arab Republic stressed the importance of ensuring the implementation of article IV of the Treaty, which granted all States parties the inalienable right to acquire nuclear technology for peaceful purposes without discrimination.
