وإذا ارتكبت الجنحة الموصوفة في المادة المذكورة أعلاه من قبل شخصين على الأقل أو أدت إلى إذلال عدة أشخاص إذلالا فادحا أو إلى إلحاق الضرر البدني الفعلي، يُقضى بحبس الجناة لمدة لا تزيد على ثلاث سنوات.

4. In reply to a question by Mr. Scheinin on acts of vandalism committed in cemeteries, he said that the penalty for that crime was deprivation of freedom for not more than three years.
٤- وردا على سؤال طرحه السيد شاينين بصدد أفعال التخريب التي ترتكب في المقابر، قال إن العقوبة على هذه الجريمة هي الحرمان من الحرية لمدة لا تزيد على ثلاث سنوات.

وتوقع عقوبة السجن لمدة لا تزيد على ثلاث سنوات على من يمكن من ارتكاب جماع شهواني غير شرعي ضد قاصر (الفقرة 2).

35 - ويعاقب القانون الجنائي بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على ثلاث سنوات أو بغرامة كل من اعتدى علانية على شخص من معتنقي أي دين، أو حقر أيا من الشعائر الدينية.

If the acts mentioned in the two preceding paragraphs take place during a meeting within the hearing or sight of persons present at that meeting, the consent of those persons shall be presumed. A term of up to three years' imprisonment or a fine shall be imposed on a public official who uses the authority of his office to commit any of the acts enumerated in this article.

As per Section 9(B) of the Act, whoever manufactures, imports or exports any explosives in contravention of rules or conditions of license is liable for imprisonment up to three years or with fine, or with both.

Offences that do not pose a great danger to society are premeditated offences punishable by deprivation of liberty for not more than three years and offences committed through negligence and punishable by deprivation of liberty for not more than five years.
والجرائم التي لا تشكّل خطرا فادحا على المجتمع هي الجرائم المدبّرة مسبقا التي يعاقب عليها بالحرمان من الحرية مدة لا تزيد على ثلاث سنوات، والجرائم التي ترتكب عن طريق الإهمال والتي يعاقب عليها بالحرمان من الحرية مدة لا تزيد على خمس سنوات.

A suggestion to commence the statute from the time of discovery, not the commission of the offence, was issued in one case where a six-year statute was established for offences punishable by fine, custody or imprisonment of not more than three years.
وطُرح اقتراح بأن تبدأ فترة التقادم من زمن اكتشاف الجريمة وليس زمن ارتكابها في إحدى الحالات حيث حُددت فترة تقادم طولها ستّ سنوات بالنسبة إلى الجرائم التي يعاقَب عليها بغرامة أو احتجاز أو حبس لمدة لا تزيد على ثلاث سنوات.

140. Article 203 provides a penalty of imprisonment for no more than three years and/or a fine of no more than 3,000 rupees for any person who establishes, manages or in any way helps to establish or to manage a place for prostitution and obscene acts.
140- كما نصت المادة 203 على أن كل شخص أنشأ أو أدار محلا للفجور والدعارة، أو عاون بأي طريقة كانت في إنشائه أو إدارته، يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على ثلاث سنوات وبغرامة لا تجاوز ثلاثة آلاف روبية أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين.

32- وتنص المادة 246 من هذا القانون على أنه: " يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على ثلاث سنوات من قبض على شخص أو حجزه أو حرمه من حريته بأية وسيلة بغير وجه قانوني.
