المادة ٧٤ عندما يراد شغل منصبين أو أكثر من المناصب الانتخابية في وقت واحد وبشروط واحدة، ينتخب المرشحون الذين لا يتجاوز عددهم عدد تلك المناصب، ممن حصلوا على اﻷغلبية المطلوبة في الاقتراع اﻷول.
