The organizations and structures of the regional seas programmes, those that are independent as well as those under UNEP, represent the basic mechanisms for developing and implementing the programme.
وتمثل المنظمات والهياكل التابعة لبرامج البحار الإقليمية، المستقلة منها والتي يشرف عليها برنامج الأمم المتحدة للبيئة، الآليات الأساسية لوضع البرنامج وتنفيذه.

UNEP continues to provide guidance in strengthening the long-term sustainability of the regional seas programmes and has assisted in mobilizing donor support for various regional seas programmes and linking partners and stakeholders.
