In line with this approach, possible options for the future of the UNCCD Fellowship Programme would include either a centrally managed partnership model with pooled resources, as foreseen in previous proposals, or a multi-stakeholder model.

(a) Arrangement of a Fellowship Programme for the organization of in-depth training courses and workshops by the Office for Outer Space Affairs on advanced applications of space science and technology;

Under the United Nations Programme of Assistance in the Teaching, Study, Dissemination and Wider Appreciation of International Law, 201 persons from 83 countries applied for the 1996 Hague Fellowship Programme: 86 from Africa, 39 from Asia and the Pacific, 30 from Latin America and the Caribbean, 13 from the Middle East and 33 from Eastern and Central Europe.

124. As regards section III of the draft report on the guidelines and recommendations regarding execution of the programme in the biennium 1998-1999, support was expressed for changing the International Law Fellowship Programme seminars from bilingual to monolingual sessions to reduce costs.

48. UNITAR observed that 158 persons from 67 countries had filed applications for the 1995 Hague Fellowship Programme organized under the United Nations Programme of Assistance in the Teaching, Study, Dissemination and Wider Appreciation of International Law.
٤٨ - أشار معهد اﻷمم المتحدة للتدريب والبحث الى أن ١٥٨ شخصا من ٦٧ بلدا تقدموا بطلبات لبرنامج زمالات لاهاي لعام ١٩٩٥ الذي يجري تنظيمه في إطار برنامج اﻷمم المتحدة للمساعدة في تدريس القانون الدولـــي ودراستــه ونشره وزيادة تفهمه.
