1. Each State Party shall adopt such measures as may be necessary to establish its jurisdiction over the offences established in accordance with this Convention when:
1- تعتمد كل دولة طرف ما قد يلزم من تدابير لتأكيد سريان ولايتها القضائية على الجرائم المحددة بمقتضى هذه الاتفاقية في الحالات التالية:

1. Each State Party shall take legislative measures to establish its jurisdiction over the offences mentioned in article 4 of the present Protocol in accordance with article 9 of the Convention.
١- على كل دولة طرف أن تتخذ تدابير تشريعية لتأكيد سريان ولايتها القضائية على الجرائم المذكورة في المادة ٤ من هذا البروتوكول، وفقا للمادة ٩ من الاتفاقية.

1. Each State Party shall adopt such measures as may be necessary to establish its jurisdiction over the offences established in accordance with articles 5, 6, 8 and 23 of this Convention when:
1- يتعين على كل دولة طرف أن تعتمد ما قد يلزم من تدابير لتأكيد سريان ولايتها القضائية على الجرائم المقررة بمقتضى المواد 5 و6 و8 و23 من هذه الاتفاقية في الحالات التالية:

4. Each State Party may also adopt such measures as may be necessary to establish its jurisdiction over the offences covered by this Convention when the alleged offender is present in its territory and it does not extradite him or her.
4- يتعين على كل دولة طرف أن تعتمد أيضا ما قد يلزم من تدابير لتأكيد سريان ولايتها القضائية على الجرائم المشمولة بهذه الاتفاقية عندما يكون الجاني المزعوم موجودا في اقليمها ولا تقوم بتسليمه.

1. Each State Party shall adopt such measures as may be necessary to establish its jurisdiction over the offences established by the States Parties in accordance with this Convention when:
1- تعتمد كل دولة طرف ما قد يلزم من تدابير لتأكيد سريان ولايتها القضائية على الأفعال المجرّمة لدى الدول الأطراف وفقا لهذه الاتفاقية في الحالتين التاليتين:

For the purposes of article 16, paragraph 10, of this Convention, each State Party shall adopt such measures as may be necessary to establish its jurisdiction over the offences covered by this Convention when the alleged offender is present in its territory and it does not extradite such person solely on the ground that he or she is one of its nationals.
3- لأغراض الفقرة 10 من المادة 16 من هذه الاتفاقية، يتعين على كل دولة طرف أن تعتمد ما قد يلزم من تدابير لتأكيد سريان ولايتها القضائية على الجرائم المشمولة بهذه الاتفاقية، عندما يكون الجاني المزعوم موجودا في اقليمها ولا تقوم بتسليم ذلك الشخص بحجة وحيدة هي كونه أحد رعاياها.

For the purposes of article 15, paragraph 10, of this Convention, each State Party shall adopt such measures as may be necessary to establish its jurisdiction over the offences covered by this Convention when the alleged offender is present in its territory and it does not extradite such person solely on the ground that he or she is one of its nationals.
3- لأغراض الفقرة 10 من المادة 15 من هذه الاتفاقية، تعتمد كل دولة طرف ما قد يلزم من تدابير لتأكيد سريان ولايتها القضائية على الجرائم المشمولة بهذه الاتفاقية، عندما يكون الجاني المزعوم موجودا في إقليمها ولا تقوم بتسليم ذلك الشخص بحجة وحيدة هي كونه أحد رعاياها.

For the purposes of article 26 of this Convention, each State Party shall take such measures as may be necessary to establish its jurisdiction over the offences covered by this Convention when the alleged offender is present in its territory and it does not extradite such person solely on the ground that he or she is one of its nationals.

Each State Party shall take such measures as may be necessary to establish its jurisdiction over the offences it has established in accordance with articles [...] of this Convention when the alleged offender is present in its territory and it does not extradite him or her to another State Party on the ground:

Each State Party shall take such measures as may be necessary to establish its jurisdiction over the offences it has established in accordance with articles [...] of this Convention when the alleged offender is present in its territory and it does not extradite him or her to another State Party on the ground:

Jurisdiction 1. Each State Party shall take such measures as may be necessary to establish its jurisdiction over the offences set forth in articles 3 ([Criminalization of] participation in an [organized criminal group]), 4 (Money-laundering) and 4 ter (Measures against corruption) of this Convention when:
