تقرير الأمين العام عن أعمال لجنة الخبراء المعنية بنقل البضائع الخطرة وبتطبيق النظام المتوائم على الصعيد العالمي لتصنيف المواد الكيميائية ووسمها في دورتها الحادية والعشرين وعن تنفيذ قرار المجلس 1999/62 (قـــــرارات المجلـس 724 جيم (د - 28) و 1488 (د - 48) و 1983/7 و 1999/65)

Another representative, speaking on behalf of a group of countries, expressed concern at the slow pace of implementation of the Globally Harmonized System for the Classification and Labelling of Chemicals in developing countries, and called for greater cooperation with the United Nations Institute for Training and Research to facilitate the implementation of paragraphs 4 and 5 of Article 13 of the Convention.
121- وتحدث ممثل آخر نيابةً عن مجموعة من البلدان فعبر عن القلق بشأن بطء تنفيذ النظام المتوائم على الصعيد العالمي لتصنيف المواد الكيميائية ووسمها في البلدان النامية، ودعا إلى زيادة التعاون مع معهد الأمم المتحدة للتدريب والبحث من أجل تيسير تنفيذ الفقرتين 4 و5 من المادة 13 من الاتفاقية.

Having considered the report of the Secretary-General on the work of the Committee of Experts on the Transport of Dangerous Goods and on the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals during the biennium 2003 - 2004,
وقد نظر في تقرير الأمين العام عن أعمال لجنة الخبراء المعنية بنقل البضائع الخطرة وبالنظام المتوائم على الصعيد العالمي لتصنيف المواد الكيميائية ووسمها في فترة السنتين 2003-2004()،

Bearing in mind that, in paragraph 23 (c) of the Plan of Implementation of the World Summit on Sustainable Development ( " Johannesburg Plan of Implementation), countries were encouraged to implement the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals as soon as possible with a view to having the system fully operational by 2008,
إذ يضع في اعتباره أنه في الفقرة 23 (ج) من خطة التنفيذ لمؤتمر القمة العالمي للتنمية المستدامة ( ' ' خطة جوهانسبرغ للتنفيذ``)()، شجعت البلدان على تنفيذ النظام المتوائم على الصعيد العالمي لتصنيف المواد الكيميائية ووسمها في أقرب وقت ممكن، كي يتم العمل على نحو كامل بهذا النظام بحلول عام 2008،

C. Implementation of the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals 16. The World Summit on Sustainable Development at its 2002 session in Johannesburg, in paragraph 23 (c) of its Plan of implementation,6 encouraged countries to implement the GHS as soon as possible with a view to having the system fully operational by 2008.
16 - شجّع مؤتمر القمة العالمي للتنمية المستدامة البلدان في الفقرة 23 (ج) من خطة التنفيذ(6) التي وضعها في دورته المعقودة عام 2002 في جوهانسبرغ، على تنفيذ النظام المتوائم على الصعيد العالمي لتصنيف المواد الكيميائية ووسمها في أقرب موعد ممكن بغية أن يصل النظام إلى مرحلة التشغيل الكامل بحلول عام 2008.

The Secretariat reported to the Sub-Committee of Experts on the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals at its twelfth session, held from 12 to 14 December 2006, on the outcome and decisions of the Conference of the Parties regarding the work of the Joint Correspondence Group.
3 - أبلغت الأمانة لجنة الأمم المتحدة الفرعية للخبراء المعنية بالنظام المتوائم على الصعيد العالمي لتصنيف المواد الكيميائية ووسمها في دورتها الثانية عشرة المعقودة من 12 إلى 14 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2006 بنتائج ومقررات مؤتمر الأطراف بشأن عمل فريق المراسلة المشترك.

16. The World Summit on Sustainable Development, held in 2002 in Johannesburg, in paragraph 23 (c) of its Plan of Implementation, encouraged countries to implement the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals as soon as possible with a view to having the system fully operational by 2008.
16 - شجع مؤتمر القمة العالمي للتنمية المستدامة الذي عُقد في جوهانسبرغ عام 2002 البلدان، في الفقرة 23 (ج) من خطة التنفيذ(6)، على تنفيذ النظام المنسق عالميا لتصنيف المواد الكيميائية ووسمها في أقرب وقت ممكن كي يوضع النظام موضع التطبيق الكامل بحلول عام 2008.

1. Commends the Secretary-General for the publication of the first revised edition of the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals in the six official languages of the United Nations, in book form and on CDROM, and for its availability together with related informational material on the website of the secretariat of the Economic Commission for Europe;
1 - يثنـي على الأمين العام لنشر الطبعة المنقحة الأولى من النظام المتوائم على الصعيد العالمي لتصنيف المواد الكيميائية ووسمها في شكل كتاب باللغات الرسمية الست للأمم المتحدة() وعلى أقراص مدمجة بذاكرة للقراءة فقط() وإتاحته مع المواد الإعلامية ذات الصلة على الموقع الشبكي لأمانة اللجنة الاقتصادية لأوروبا(19)؛
