At the field level, the programme of United Nations Assistance for the reconstruction and development of Lebanon (UNARDOL) functions as the Office of the United Nations coordinator and ensures the coordination of the activities of the United Nations system.

In operative paragraph 1, the draft resolution appeals to all Member States and institutions to consider intensifying their efforts with a view to increasing all forms of support, including financial grants and soft loans given for the reconstruction and development of Lebanon.
