The annex to resolution 3/1 contains the terms of reference of the Mechanism, the draft guidelines for governmental experts and the secretariat in the conduct of country reviews and the draft blueprint for country review reports.
ويتضمّن مرفق القرار 3/1 الإطار المرجعي للآلية، ومشروع المبادئ التوجيهية للخبراء الحكوميين والأمانة بشأن إجراء الاستعراضات القُطرية ومشروع المخطط النموذجي لتقارير الاستعراض القُطرية.

The annex to resolution 3/1 contains the terms of reference of the Mechanism, as well as the draft guidelines for governmental experts and the secretariat in the conduct of country reviews and the draft blueprint for country review reports.

The Implementation Review Group will have before it document CAC/COSP/IRG/2010/2, entitled " Guidelines for governmental experts and the secretariat in the conduct of country reviews " , annex II to which contains the blueprint for country review reports.
4- وستُعرض على فريق استعراض التنفيذ الوثيقة CAC/COSP/IRG/2010/2 المعنونة " المبادئ التوجيهية للخبراء الحكوميين والأمانة بشأن إجراء الاستعراضات القُطرية " ، التي يتضمّن مرفقها الثاني المخطط النموذجي لتقارير الاستعراض القُطرية.

The participants performed mock reviews covering every aspect of the country review process: filling out the self-assessment checklist for selected articles using the omnibus software; analysing responses to the checklist and preparing a desk review; engaging in dialogue, including further means of direct dialogue; and preparing and agreeing on a report drafted using the blueprint for country review reports.
ونفّذ المشاركون تمارين تحاكي الاستعراضات وتشمل كل جوانب عملية الاستعراض القُطري: ملء قائمة التقييم الذاتي بشأن مواد مختارة باستخدام برامجية الاستقصاء الشامل (الأومنيبوس)؛ وتحليل الردود على قائمة التقييم الذاتي وإعداد استعراض مكتبي؛ والانخراط في حوار بشأن أمور منها وسائل الحوار المباشر الأخرى؛ وإعداد تقرير يصاغ باستخدام المخطط النموذجي لتقارير الاستعراض القُطرية وإقراره.
