The Permanent Representative of the Republic of Djibouti to the United Nations presents his compliments to the President of the Security Council and has the honour to request that the Government of the Republic of Djibouti be associated with the sponsors of the letter of 8 December 1995 contained in document S/1995/1025 relating to the issue of consultations between the Security Council and the troop-contributing countries.

7 - وأن الجمهورية الفرنسية قد أخلت بالتزامها عملا بمبادئ القانون الدولي العرفي والقواعد العامة للقانون الدولي بمنع الاعتداء على شخص المدعي العام لجمهورية جيبوتي ومدير الأمن الوطني لجيبوتي وعلى حريتهما وشرفهما.

8. that the French Republic shall immediately after the delivery of the judgment by the Court withdraw the summonses to attend as témoins assistés and the arrest warrants issued against the Procureur général of the Republic of Djibouti and the Head of National Security of the Republic of Djibouti and declare them null and void.
