SECURITY COUNCIL I have the honour to inform you that, following the holding of the elections in Mozambique, the new Assembly of the Republic of Mozambique and the President of Mozambique will be inaugurated on 8 and 9 December 1994.

By a letter dated 1 December 1994 addressed to the President of the Security Council (S/1994/1373), the Permanent Representative of Mozambique to the United Nations informed the Security Council that, following the holding of the elections in Mozambique, the new Assembly of the Republic of Mozambique and the President of Mozambique would be inaugurated on 8 and 9 December 1994.
وبرسالة مؤرخة ١ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٩٤ موجهة إلى رئيس مجلس اﻷمن )S/1994/1373(، أبلغ ممثل موزامبيق الدائم لدى اﻷمم المتحدة مجلس اﻷمن بأنه في أعقاب الانتخابات التي أجريت في موزامبيق ستفتتح الجمعية التشريعية الجديدة لجمهورية موزامبيق في ٨ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٩٤ وسيبدأ رئيس جمهورية موزامبيق فترة رئاسته في ٩ من الشهر نفسه.
