The Committee recommends that the State party take steps to make birth registration procedures more efficient and provide birth certificates for all children born in the State party, in accordance with article 29 of the Convention.

38. The Committee urges the State party to undertake all necessary measures to ensure the expeditious granting of nationality to all children born in its territory.
38- تحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف على اتخاذ جميع التدابير اللازمة لضمان التعجيل بمنح الجنسية لجميع الأطفال المولودين على أراضيها.

36. The Committee recommends that the State party to revise its nationality law with a view to preventing children from being deprived of their citizenship, and to consider granting citizenship to all children born before 2004 of Singaporean mothers.
36- توصي اللجنة بأن تنقح الدولة الطرف قانون الجنسية بغية منع حرمان الأطفال من جنسيتهم، كما توصيها بالنظر في منح الجنسية لجميع الأطفال المولودين قبل عام 2004 من أمهات سنغافوريات.

(a) Strengthen its efforts to ensure effective registration of all children born in the State party, regardless of their origin and without any discrimination;
(أ) تعزيز جهودها الرامية إلى ضمان التسجيل الفعلي لجميع الأطفال المولودين في الدولة الطرف مهما كان أصلهم ودون أي تمييز؛

707. The second recommendation that did not enjoy the support of Zimbabwe was to amend expeditiously the Births and Deaths Registration Act to ensure that all children born in Zimbabwe, regardless of their parents' origin, were issued with birth certificates.

Countries with expansive notions of birthright (jus soli) citizenship, such as the United States or Ireland, grant citizenship to all children born on the territory.
فالبلدان التي تشيع فيها فكرة المواطنة بالولادة (حق التراب)، مثل الولايات المتحدة أو أيرلندا، تمنح المواطنة لجميع الأطفال المولودين على أرضها.

107. Affiliation may be established under Luxembourg law with regard to both the mother and the father of all children born out of wedlock, except for children born of parents whose marriage is forbidden (incestuous affiliation).
107- ويأخذ تشريع لكسمبرغ بالنسب أكان من جهة الأم أو الأب لجميع الأطفال المولودين خارج الزواج، باستثناء الأطفال المولودين من أبوين يحول دون زواجهما سبب مطلق (كروابط النسب بين المحرم).

(e) Ensure that birth certificates are issued to all children born in Algeria, including refugee and stateless children, in order to prevent statelessness and to provide all children with access to social services;
(ﻫ) ضمان استصدار شهادات ميلاد لجميع الأطفال المولودين في الجزائر، بمن فيهم الأطفال اللاجئين وعديمي الجنسية، من أجل منع حالات انعدام الجنسية وإتاحة حصول جميع الأطفال على الخدمات الاجتماعية؛

It recommended that the Government issue birth certificates to all children born on its territory and increase access to and awareness of the importance of birth certificates, especially in rural and hinterland areas.
وأوصت المفوضية الحكومة بإصدار شهادات ميلاد لجميع الأطفال المولودين على أراضيها، وزيادة سبل الحصول على شهادات الميلاد والتوعية بأهميتها، لا سيما في المناطق الريفية والداخلية من البلد(127).

31. The Committee encourages the State party to bring its national citizenship legislation in line with the 1961 Convention on the Reduction of Statelessness, in particular by providing for the automatic granting of nationality to all children born in Lithuania, including Roma children, who would otherwise be stateless.
31 - وتشجّع اللجنة الدولة الطرف على مطابقة تشريعاتها الوطنية الخاصة بالجنسية مع اتفاقية عام 1961 بشأن خفض حالات انعدام الجنسية، وخصوصا عن طريق منح الجنسية تلقائيا لجميع الأطفال المولودين في ليتوانيا، بمن فيهم أطفال جماعة " الروما " ، ممن سيصبحون خلافه عديمي الجنسية.
