In the light of its general comment No. 15 (2013) on the right of the child to the enjoyment of the highest attainable standard of health, the Committee recommends that the State party take measures to ensure that mandatory health insurance is extended to all children, including those belonging to the Roma community, and provide health-care services to all children within its territory without any discrimination.
