Considering the work of the open-ended working group on the financial mechanism established by the Intergovernmental Negotiating Committee for an International Legally Binding Instrument for Implementing International Action on Certain Persistent Organic Pollutants,
وإذ يضع في اعتباره عمل الفريق العامل مفتوح العضوية بشأن الآلية المالية، الذي أنشأته لجنة التفاوض الحكومية الدولية لوضع صك دولي ملزم قانوناً لتطبيق تدابير دولية على ملوثات عضوية ثابتة،

1. Decides that, subject to future reconsideration, the functions of the SBSTA and the SBI shall be as outlined in annex I to this decision, which annex builds upon Articles 9 and 10 of the Convention and recommendations from the Intergovernmental Negotiating Committee for a Framework Convention on Climate Change;
١- يقرر، لحين إعادة النظر في اﻷمر مستقبلا، أن تكون وظائف الهيئة الفرعية للمشورة العلمية والتكنولوجية والهيئة الفرعية للتنفيذ على النحو المجمل في المرفق اﻷول بهذا المقرر، وهو المرفق الذي يعتمد على المادتين ٩ و٠١ من الاتفاقية وتوصيات لجنة التفاوض الحكومية الدولية لوضع اتفاقية إطارية بشأن تغير المناخ؛
