During the seventeenth and eighteenth sessions, the Committee on Rules and Judicial Practice gave consideration to a document presented by the Registry containing information on the practice in different States concerning the amount of bonds posted for breaches of laws and regulations applicable to maritime areas under national jurisdiction.
