3. In order to accommodate the needs of small delegations, plenary meetings have been scheduled in the mornings, while afternoons have been devoted exclusively to meetings of the Sessional Committees.
٣- ومراعاة لاحتياجات الوفود الصغيرة، تقرر عقد اجتماعات الجلسات العامة صباحاً، بينما كُرﱢست فترات بعد الظهر لاجتماعات لجنتي الدورة حصراً.

54. Since the Sessional Committees would be addressing issues similar to those dealt with by corresponding Committees of the Board during the first part of the thirty-ninth session, the Board decided that the presiding officers and the Vice-Chairmen-cum-Rapporteur elected at the first part of the session should serve in the same capacities at the second part of the session.
٥٤ - ونظرا ﻷن لجنتي الدورة ستتناولان قضايا مماثلة لتلك التي تصدت لها لجنتا المجلس المناظرتان لهما خلال الجزء اﻷول من الدورة التاسعة والثلاثين، فقد قرر المجلس أن يعمل بنفس الصفة في الجزء الثاني من الدورة رئيسا اللجنتين ونائبا الرئيس والمقرران الذين انتخبوا في الجزء اﻷول من الدورة.
