To this end, the Council is requested to ask the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights to hold an international expert seminar during 2007 to prepare the ground for the proposed instrument.
ولهذا لغرض، يُطلب إلى المجلس أن يلتمس من مفوضة الأمم المتحدة السامية لحقوق الإنسان أن تنظم حلقة دراسية دولية للخبراء في غضون عام 2007 من أجل تمهيد السبيل أمام الصك المقترح.

At its fifty-second session, the Sub-Commission on the Promotion and Protection of Human Rights adopted, on 17 August 2000, resolution 2000/9 in which it requested the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights to organize an expert meeting on a draft optional protocol to the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights and to submit the report of this meeting to it at its fifty-third session.
1- اعتمدت اللجنة الفرعية لتعزيز وحماية حقوق الإنسان، في دورتها الثانية والخمسين، في 17 آب/أغسطس 2000 القرار 2000/9 الذي طلبت فيه إلى مفوضة الأمم المتحدة السامية لحقوق الإنسان أن تنظم اجتماع خبراء بشأن مشروع بروتوكول اختياري للعهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية وأن تقدم إليها تقرير هذا الاجتماع في دورتها الثالثة والخمسين.

2. Requests the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights to organize the panel discussion and to liaise with States, relevant United Nations bodies, agencies, treaty bodies, special procedures and regional human rights mechanisms, as well as with civil society, including non-governmental organizations, and national human rights institutions, with a view to ensuring their participation in the panel discussion;

Requests the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights to organize, in Geneva, an intersessional public consultation on the promotion and protection of the human rights of older persons, with the participation of States Members of the United Nations, relevant international organizations, United Nations agencies and stakeholders, in order to receive information and share good practices on the matter;
9- يطلب إلى مفوضية الأمم المتحدة السامية لحقوق الإنسان أن تنظم في جنيف مشاورة عامة فاصلة بين دورتين تتناول تعزيز وحماية حقوق الإنسان للمسنّين، بمشاركة الدول الأعضاء في الأمم المتحدة والمنظمات الدولية ذات الصلة ووكالات الأمم المتحدة والجهات المعنية، من أجل تلقي المعلومات وتبادل الممارسات الجيدة في هذا الشأن؛

Requests the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights to organize the panel discussion within existing resources, and to liaise with the independent expert on minority issues, States, relevant United Nations bodies and agencies, as well as with civil society, non-governmental organizations and national human rights institutions with a view to ensuring their participation in the panel discussion;

The present report is submitted in accordance with Human Rights Council resolution 21/13, in which the Council requested the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights to organize " a panel discussion on the issue of the negative impact of corruption on the enjoyment of human rights " at its twenty-second session and to " prepare and submit a summary report on the panel discussion " at its twenty-third session.
يقدم هذا التقرير عملاً بقرار مجلس حقوق الإنسان 21/13، الذي طلب فيه المجلس إلى مفوضية الأمم المتحدة السامية لحقوق الإنسان أن تنظم " حلقة نقاش بشأن مسألة آثار الفساد السلبية على التمتع بحقوق الإنسان " في دورته الثانية والعشرين و " أن تعد تقريراً عن حلقة النقاش في شكل ملخص تقدمه إلى المجلس " في دورته الثالثة والعشرين.

1. In its resolution 18/14, the Human Rights Council requested the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights to hold a workshop on regional arrangements for the promotion and protection of human rights to take stock of developments since the workshop held in September 2010 on the same subject.
1- طلب مجلس حقوق الإنسان في قراره 18/14 إلى مفوضة الأمم المتحدة السامية لحقوق الإنسان أن تنظم حلقة عمل بشأن الترتيبات الإقليمية لتعزيز وحماية حقوق الإنسان بهدف تقييم التطوُّرات التي طرأت على الموضوع نفسه منذ حلقة العمل التي نُظمت في أيلول/سبتمبر 2010.
