46. The Commission will have before it the report of the High Commissioner for Human Rights on the right to development (E/CN.4/2006/24) and the report of the Working Group (E/CN.4/2006/26).

37. Reference is made under this item to the consolidated report of the Secretary-General and the High Commissioner for Human Rights on the right to development contained in document A/HRC/12/29 (see paragraph 17 above).

Takes note of the consolidated report of the Secretary-General and the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights on the right to development, which provided information on the activities undertaken by the Office of the High Commissioner relating to the promotion and realization of the right to development in the period from May 2013 to April 2014;

Takes note of the consolidated report of the Secretary-General and the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights on the right to development, which provided information on the activities undertaken by the Office of the High Commissioner relating to the promotion and realization of the right to development in the period from July 2012 to May 2013;

Takes note with appreciation of the report of the Secretary-General and the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights on the right to development, which contains a summary of the activities undertaken by the Office of the High Commissioner with regard to the promotion and realization of the right to development, including in commemoration of the twenty-fifth anniversary of the Declaration on the Right to Development;
1- يحيط علماً مع التقدير بتقرير الأمين العام ومفوضة الأمم المتحدة السامية لحقوق الإنسان بشأن الحق في التنمية()، الذي يتضمن موجزاً للأنشطة التي اضطلعت بها المفوضية السامية فيما يتعلق بتعزيز الحق في التنمية وإعماله، بما في ذلك الاحتفال بالذكرى الخامسة والعشرين لإعلان الحق في التنمية؛

Takes note of the consolidated report of the Secretary-General and the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights on the right to development, which provided information on the activities undertaken by the Office of the High Commissioner relating to the promotion and realization of the right to development in the period from December 2011 to June 2012;
1- يحيط علماً بالتقرير الموحد للأمين العام ومفوضة الأمم المتحدة السامية لحقوق الإنسان بشأن الحق في التنمية()، الذي قدم معلومات عن الأنشطة التي اضطلعت بها المفوضية السامية فيما يتعلق بتعزيز الحق في التنمية وإعماله خلال الفترة الممتدة من كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2011 إلى حزيران/يونيه 2012؛

The Working Group considered the reports of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights on the right to development (E/CN.4/2006/26 and A/HRC/4/55), which were presented by the secretariat, and discussed the type of support that the Working Group and the task force would need from OHCHR for the work ahead.
41- نظر الفريق العامل في تقريري مفوضة الأمم المتحدة السامية لحقوق الإنسان بشأن الحق في التنمية (E/CN.4/2006/26 وA/HRC/4/55) اللذين قدمتهما الأمانة، وناقش نوعية الدعم الذي يمكن أن تقدمه مفوضية حقوق الإنسان للفريق العامل وفرقة العمل لمواصلة أعمالهما.

Mr. Šimonović (Assistant Secretary-General for Human Rights), introducing reports submitted under agenda item 69 (b), said that the consolidated report of the Secretary-General and the High Commissioner for Human Rights on the right to development (A/67/159) emphasized the need to ensure human rights-based policy coherence in the global partnership for development.
