997. The Committee notes with concern that insufficient efforts have been made to protect children from harmful information shown in private cinemas, homes and community settings.
997- وتلاحظ اللجنة مع القلق أنه لم تبذل جهود كافية لحماية الأطفال من المعلومات الضارة المعروضة في دور السينما الخاصة وفي المحيط المنزلي والمجتمعي.

In the light of article 17 of the Convention, the Committee recommends that the State party reinforce existing and/or establish new appropriate measures to protect children from harmful information.
وفي ضوء المادة 17 من الاتفاقية، توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بتعزيز و/أو وضع تدابير ملائمة جديدة لحماية الأطفال من المعلومات الضارة.

The Committee encourages the State party to continue with its process of legal reform and allocation of appropriate resources in order to establish practical procedures and regulations to protect children from harmful information and, to guarantee their access to appropriate information and their right to privacy.
وتشجع اللجنة الدولة الطرف على مواصلة عملياتها للإصلاح القانوني وتخصيص موارد كافية بغية الأخذ بإجراءات وتنظيمات عملية لحماية الأطفال من المعلومات الضارة وكفالة حصولهم على معلومات مناسبة ولتمتعهم بالحق في الخصوصية.

وتشجع اللجنة الدولة الطرف على مواصلة عملية الإصلاح القانوني التي تقوم بها وتخصيص موارد كافية لوضع إجراءات وقواعد عملية لحماية الأطفال من المعلومات الضارة وكفالة حصولهم على معلومات مناسبة وتمتعهم بالحق في الخصوصية.

50. The Committee urges the State party to continue its efforts to guarantee the right of the child to appropriate information, as well as to promote legislative measures to protect children from harmful information and ensure respectful treatment in the media of the image, privacy and dignity of children.
50- تحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف على مواصلة جهودها لضمان حق الطفل في الحصول على المعلومات المناسبة وتدعيم التدابير التشريعية لحماية الأطفال من المعلومات الضارة وضمان تعامل وسائل الإعلام مع صور الأطفال وخصوصيتهم وكرامتهم باحترام.

(b) Develop appropriate guidelines to protect children from harmful information while fully guaranteeing their access to appropriate information.
(ب) إعداد مبادئ توجيهية ملائمة لحماية الأطفال من المعلومات الضارة وفي الوقت نفسه ضمان حصولهم على المعلومات الملائمة بشكل كامل.

The Committee is concerned that the measures being taken to protect children from information injurious to their well-being are insufficient, in the light of the provisions of article 17 of the Convention.
٤١٤ - وتشعر اللجنة بالقلق لعدم كفاية التدابير المتخذة لحماية اﻷطفال من المعلومات الضارة برفاهيتهم، في ضوء نصوص المادة ٧١ من الاتفاقية.
