1. Calls upon the parties to continue their constructive cooperation with the United Nations by fully implementing the Settlement Plan and the agreements which they have reached for its implementation;
١ - يطلب إلى الطرفين مواصلة تعاونهما البناء مع اﻷمم المتحدة عن طريق التنفيذ الكامل لخطة التسوية والاتفاقات التي توصلا إليها بشأن تنفيذها؛

3. Requests the Secretary-General to begin the identification of eligible voters in accordance with the Settlement Plan and the agreements reached between the parties with the aim of finishing the process by 31 May 1998;
٣ - يطلب من اﻷمين العام أن يبدأ في تحديد هوية الناخبين المؤهلين طبقا لخطة التسوية والاتفاقات التي توصل إليها الطرفان بغية إنهاء العملية قبل ٣١ أيار/مايو ١٩٩٨؛\

" ٣ - يطلب من اﻷمين العام أن يبدأ في تحديد هوية الناخبين المؤهلين طبقا لخطة التسوية والاتفاقات التي توصل إليها الطرفان بغية إنهاء العملية قبل ٣١ أيار/ مايو ١٩٩٨؛

“4. Requests the Secretary-General to submit to the Council, no later than 15 November 1997, a comprehensive report, including a detailed plan, a timetable and financial implications, for the holding of the referendum for self-determination of the people of Western Sahara in accordance with the Settlement Plan and the agreements reached between the parties for its implementation;
" ٤ - يطلب من اﻷمين العام أن يقدم الى المجلس في موعد غايته ١٥ تشرين الثاني/ نوفمبر ١٩٩٧ تقريرا شاملا يتضمن خطة تفصيلية وجدولا زمنيا باﻹضافة الى اﻵثار المالية المترتبة، من أجل إجراء الاستفتاء على تقرير المصير لشعب الصحراء الغربية طبقا لخطة التسوية والاتفاقات التي توصل إليها الطرفان بشأن تنفيذها؛

3. By the same resolution, the Council requested the Secretary-General to begin the identification of eligible voters in accordance with the Settlement Plan and the agreements reached between the parties with the aim of finishing the process by 31 May 1998.
٣ - وطلب مجلس اﻷمن، بالقرار ذاته، إلى اﻷمين العام البدء في تحديد هوية الناخبين المؤهلين طبقا لخطة التسوية والاتفاقات التي توصل إليها الطرفان بغية إنهاء العملية قبل ٣١ أيار/ مايو ١٩٩٨.

Calls upon both parties to cooperate with the Special Representative of the Secretary-General and to cooperate further with the Identification Commission established pursuant to the settlement plan in order that the identification process can be completed in a timely fashion in accordance with the Settlement Plan and the agreements reached between the parties for its implementation;
٣ " - يطلب إلى الطرفين أن يتعاونا مع الممثل الخاص لﻷمين العام وأن يتعاونا كذلك مع لجنة تحديد الهوية المنشأة عملا بخطة التسوية بغية إتاحة إمكانية إنجاز عملية تحديد الهوية في وقت مناسب وفقا لخطة التسوية والاتفاقات التي تم التوصل إليها بين الطرفين من أجل تنفيذها؛

3. In its resolution 1133 (1997), the Security Council requested me to begin the identification of eligible voters in accordance with the Settlement Plan and the agreements reached between the parties, with the aim of finishing the process by 31 May 1998.
٣ - طلب إليﱠ مجلس اﻷمن في قراره ١١٣٣ )١٩٩٧(، أن أشرع في تحديد هوية الناخبين المؤهلين وفقا لخطة التسوية والاتفاقات التي توصل إليها الطرفان بغية إنهاء العملية بحلول ٣١ أيار/ مايو ١٩٩٨.

3. Taking note with satisfaction of the agreements reached by the two parties during their private direct talks aiming at the implementation of the settlement planS/1997/742 and Add.1. and stressing the importance it attaches to a full, fair and faithful implementation of the Settlement Plan and the agreements aiming at its implementation,
وإذ تحيط علما مع الارتياح بالاتفاقات التي توصل إليها الطرفان خلال محادثاتهما المباشرة الخاصة بهدف تنفيذ خطة التسوية)٦( وإذ تؤكد اﻷهمية التي تعلقها على التنفيذ الكامل والعادل والمخلص لخطة التسوية والاتفاقات التي تهدف إلى تنفيذها،

12. Pursuant to Security Council resolution 1133 (1997), a plan for the organization and conduct of the referendum is provided below, including an overview of the main elements of the Settlement Plan and the agreements reached during the direct talks, as well as activities to be undertaken accordingly.
١٢ - عملا بقرار مجلس اﻷمن ١١٣٣ )١٩٩٧(، تُقدم أدناه خطة لتنظيم الاستفتاء وإجرائه، بما في ذلك لمحة عامة عن العناصر الرئيسية لخطة التسوية والاتفاقات التي تم التوصل إليها أثناء المحادثات المباشرة، فضلا عن اﻷنشطة التي يتعين الاضطلاع بها وفقا لذلك.
