The Final Document of the first special session of the General Assembly devoted to disarmament constitutes the basic terms of reference of this Conference.
وتشكل الوثيقة الختامية لدورة الجمعية العامة الاستثنائية الأولى المكرسة لنزع السلاح أساس اختصاصات هذا المؤتمر.

Taking into account, inter alia, the relevant provisions of the Final Document of the first special session of the General Assembly devoted to disarmament, and deciding to resume its consultations on the review of its agenda, and without prejudice to their outcome, the Conference adopts the following agenda for its 2014 session:
إن مؤتمر نزع السلاح، إذ يضع في اعتباره، في جملة أمور، الأحكام ذات الصلة الواردة في الوثيقة الختامية لدورة الجمعية العامة الاستثنائية الأولى المكرسة لنزع السلاح، وإذ يقرر استئناف مشاوراته بشأن استعراض جدول أعماله، ودون المساس بنتائج هذه المشاورات، يقرّ جدول الأعمال التالي لدورته لعام 2014:

Taking into account, inter alia, the relevant provisions of the Final Document of the first special session of the General Assembly devoted to disarmament, and deciding to resume its consultations on the review of its agenda, and without prejudice to their outcome, the Conference adopts the following agenda for its 2013 session:

The Group also recalls the paramount importance and continued validity of the consensus outcome of the first special session of the General Assembly devoted to disarmament.
كما تذكر المجموعة بالأهمية المحورية والصلاحية المتواصلة للنتيجة التوافقية لدورة الجمعية العامة الاستثنائية الأولى المكرسة لنـزع السلاح.

It is regrettable that nuclear disarmament today appears more a remote goal than in 1978, when we set out objectives and priorities in the Final Document of the first special session of the General Assembly devoted to disarmament.
ومما يؤسف له أن نزع السلاح النووي يبدو اليوم هدفا أبعد منالا منه في عام 1978، حين حددنا الأهداف والأولويات في الوثيقة الختامية لدورة الجمعية العامة الاستثنائية الأولى المكرسة لنزع السلاح.

These rules of procedure were adopted taking into account the relevant provisions of the Final Document of the first special session of the General Assembly devoted to disarmament, including the agreement reached following appropriate consultations among the member States during that session which the General Assembly welcomed in the Final Document.
اعتمد هذا النظام الداخلي مع مراعاة الأحكام ذات الصلة من الوثيقة الختامية لدورة الجمعية العامة الاستثنائية الأولى المكرسة لنزع السلاح، بما في ذلك الاتفاق الذي تم التوصل اليه عقب مشاورات مناسبة جرت فيما بين الدول الأعضاء خلال تلك الدورة ورحبت بها الجمعية العامة في الوثيقة الختامية.

These rules of procedure were adopted taking into account the relevant provisions of the Final Document of the first special session of the General Assembly devoted to disarmament, including the agreement reached following appropriate consultations among the member States during that session which the General Assembly welcomed in the Final Document.
اعتمد هذا النظام الداخلي مع مراعاة الأحكام ذات الصلة من الوثيقة الختامية لدورة الجمعية العامة الاستثنائية الأولى المكرسة لنزع السلاح، بما في ذلك الاتفاق الذي تم التوصل إليه عقب مشاورات مناسبة جرت فيما بين الدول الأعضاء خلال تلك الدورة ورحبت بها الجمعية العامة في الوثيقة الختامية.

Indeed, nuclear disarmament must remain the top priority of the Conference, in accordance with the special status allocated to it in the final document of the 1978 first special session of the General Assembly on disarmament - SSOD 1.
حقيقة، إن نزع السلاح النووي يجب أن يبقى على رأس أولويات المؤتمر، وفقاً للمركز الخاص الممنوح له في الوثيقة الختامية لدورة الجمعية العامة الاستثنائية الأولى المكرسة لنزع السلاح لعام 1978.

The international community has accorded the highest priority to this objective, as embodied in the 1978 Final Document of the first special session of the General Assembly devoted to disarmament.
وقد أولى المجتمع الدولي هذا الهدف الأولوية القصوى كما ورد في الوثيقة الختامية لدورة الجمعية العامة الاستثنائية الأولى المكرسة لنزع السلاح عام 1978.

31. The States parties reaffirm that the priority of disarmament negotiations shall be nuclear weapons, in accordance with the Final Document of the first special session of the General Assembly on disarmament.
31 - وتؤكد الدول الأطراف من جديد أن الأولوية في مفاوضات نزع السلاح يجب أن تكون للأسلحة النووية، وفقا للوثيقة الختامية لدورة الجمعية العامة الاستثنائية الأولى المعنية بنزع السلاح.

Thus, the disarmament agenda set out in the Final Document of the first special session of the General Assembly devoted to disarmament (resolution S-10/2) should be revived on an urgent basis.
وبالتالي، لا بد من إحياء جدول أعمال نزع السلاح الذي حددته الوثيقة الختامية لدورة الجمعية العامة الاستثنائية الأولى المكرسة لنزع السلاح (القرار دإ - 10/2) على وجه السرعة.
