431. The Committee recommends that the State party take into account the relevant provisions of the Durban Declaration and Programme of Action when implementing the Convention in its domestic legal order, particularly as regards articles 2-7 of the Convention.

35- وتوصي اللجنة بأن تراعي الدولة الطرف، لدى تنفيذ الاتفاقية في قانونها الداخلي، إعلان وبرنامج عمل ديربان، اللذين اعتمدهما المؤتمر العالمي لمكافحة العنصرية والتمييز العنصري وكره الأجانب وما يتصل بذلك من تعصب في أيلول/سبتمبر 2001، وكذلك الوثيقة الختامية لمؤتمر استعراض نتائج ديربان المعقود في نيسان/أبريل 2009.

(35) The Committee recommends that the State party take into account the Durban Declaration and Programme of Action, adopted in September 2001 by the World Conference against Racism, Racial Discrimination, Xenophobia and Related Intolerance, as well as the Outcome Document of the Durban Review Conference, held in Geneva in April 2009, when implementing the Convention in its domestic legal order.
(35) وتوصي اللجنة بأن تراعي الدولة الطرف، لدى تنفيذ الاتفاقية في قانونها الداخلي، إعلان وبرنامج عمل ديربان، اللذين اعتمدهما المؤتمر العالمي لمكافحة العنصرية والتمييز العنصري وكره الأجانب وما يتصل بذلك من تعصب في أيلول/سبتمبر 2001، وكذلك الوثيقة الختامية لمؤتمر استعراض ديربان المعقود في نيسان/أبريل 2009.

16. The Committee recommends that the State party ensure, through the effective coordination of the structures at all levels and in all areas, that uniformity of results in the implementation of the Convention is achieved throughout the State party's territory.
16 - وتوصي اللجنة بأن تكفل الدولة الطرف، من خلال التنسيق الفعال للهياكل على جميع المستويات وفي جميع المجالات، تحقيق اتساق النتائج لدى تنفيذ الاتفاقية في جميع أنحاء أراضي الدولة الطرف.

467. The Committee recommends that the State party take all measures to ensure effective coordination between all bodies and organizations in the implementation of the Convention.
467- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف باتخاذ جميع التدابير اللازمة لكفالة التنسيق الفعال بين كافة الهيئات والمنظمات لدى تنفيذ الاتفاقية.

The Committee recommends that the State party establish a mechanism to enhance the coordination of governmental policies as well as those of central and local authorities in the field of children's rights, with a view to eliminating possible disparities or discrimination in the implementation of the Convention and ensuring that the Convention is fully respected in all parts of Iceland.
٩٣٩ - وتوصي اللجنة بأن تنشئ الدولة الطرف آلية لتعزيز تنسيق السياسات الحكومية وسياسات السلطات المركزية والمحلية في ميدان حقوق اﻷطفال بهدف إزالة أوجه التفاوت أو التمييز التي يحتمل ظهورها لدى تنفيذ الاتفاقية وضمان مراعاة أحكام الاتفاقية في جميع أرجاء آيسلندا.
