The choice of adjustment methods and application of the inventory parameters relevant to the calculation of adjustments should result in conservative emission estimates, in that emission estimates for the base year are not overestimated and emission estimates for a year of the commitment period are not underestimated relative to the likely true value of the emissions of the Party concerned.
47- إن اختيار طرائق التعديل وتطبيق بارامترات الجرد المناسبة لحساب التعديلات ينبغي أن يؤدي إلى تقديرات متحفظة للانبعاثات، بمعنى عدم المغالاة في تقدير الانبعاثات لسنة الأساس وعدم تقدير الانبعاثات لسنة من سنوات فترة الالتزام بأقل من حقيقتها في الطرف المعني.

Since Parties to which the final sentence of Article 3.7 applies will already have counted the effects of activities related to land-use change agreed under the provisions of Article 3.3 and Article 3.4 as part of their base year and subsequent inventories, further accounting of these activities under the provisions of Article 3.3 and 3.4 would not apply to these Parties.
50- وحيث إن الأطراف التي تنطبق عليها الجملة الأخيرة من المادة 3-7 قد قامت بالفعل بحساب الآثار المترتبة على الأنشطة ذات الصلة بتغيّر استخدام الأراضي المتفق عليها بموجب أحكام المادة 3-3 و3-4 كجزء من قوائم جردها لسنة الأساس والسنوات التالية، فلن يسري على هذه الأطراف شرط إجراء مزيد من المحاسبة لهذه الأنشطة بموجب أحكام المادة 3-3 و3-4.
