21. Convention concerning Minimum age for admission to employment
21- اتفاقية الحد الأدنى لسن الالتحاق بالعمل

316. The Committee recommends that the State party ensure that the minimum age for admission to employment is enforced.
316- وتوصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بأن تكفل تطبيق حد أدنى لسن الالتحاق بالعمل.

It is suggested that the legislative review give due consideration to the issue of the minimum age for admission to employment, and that the State party consider ratifying ILO Convention No. 138 on this subject.

36. CRC welcomed that Bhutan had established the minimum age for admission to employment at 18 in the Labour and Employment Code of 2007.

وقد صدَّقت على اتفاقية حقوق الطفل وعلى بروتوكوليها الاختياريين، وكذلك على اتفاقية منظمة العمل الدولية رقم 182 بشأن أسوأ أشكال عمل الطفل وعلى اتفاقية المنظمة رقم 138 بشأن الحد الأدنى لسن الالتحاق بالعمل.

204. The Committee is further concerned about the fact that the minimum age for admission to employment is set at 14 years, which is below the age of the end of compulsory education that is set at 15 years.
204- كما تشعر اللجنة بالقلق لأن الحد الأدنى لسن الالتحاق بالعمل حدّد ب14 عاماً، وهي سن تقل عن سن نهاية التعليم الإلزامي المحددة ب15 سنة.

(c) Increase the minimum age for admission to employment to 15 years, when compulsory education ends;

15. The Committee is concerned about the failure to provide for a minimum age for sexual consent and the absence of harmonization between the age for the completion of compulsory schooling and the minimum age for employment.
١٥- واللجنة يساورها القلق لانعدام وجود حد أدنى للسن القانونية ﻹقامة علاقات جنسية بالتراضي، وكذلك لعدم التواؤم بين سن إتمام التعليم اﻹلزامي والحد اﻷدنى لسن الالتحاق بالعمل.

32. In accordance with the Convention, the Committee recommends the harmonization of legislation, including with respect to the age of completion of compulsory schooling and the minimum age for employment.
٣٢- وبمقتضى الاتفاقية، توصي اللجنة بمواءمة القوانين التشريعية، بما فيها ما يتصل بسن إتمام التعليم اﻹلزامي والحد اﻷدنى لسن الالتحاق بالعمل.

" 15. The Committee is concerned about the failure to provide for a minimum age for sexual consent and the absence of harmonization between the age for the completion of compulsory schooling and the minimum age for employment.
١٥ - واللجنة يساورها القلق لانعدام وجود حد أدنى للسن القانونية ﻹقامة علاقات جنسية بالتراضي، وكذلك لعدم التواؤم بين سن إتمام التعليم اﻹلزامي والحد اﻷدنى لسن الالتحاق بالعمل.

" 32. In accordance with the Convention, the Committee recommends the harmonization of legislation, including with respect to the age of completion of compulsory schooling and the minimum age for employment.
٣٢ - وبمقتضى الاتفاقية، توصي اللجنة بمواءمة القوانين التشريعية، بما فيها ما يتصل بسن إتمام التعليم اﻹلزامي والحد اﻷدنى لسن الالتحاق بالعمل.

64. Encourages Member States that have not yet done so to ratify the conventions of the International Labour Organization relating to the elimination of exploitation of child labour, in particular those concerning the minimum age for employment, the abolition of forced labour and the prohibition of particularly hazardous work for children, and to implement them;
٦٤ - تشجع الدول اﻷعضاء التي لم تصدق بعد على اتفاقيات منظمة العمل الدولية بشأن القضاء على استغلال عمل اﻷطفال، ولا سيما الاتفاقيات المتعلقة بالحد اﻷدنى لسن الالتحاق بالعمل وبإلغاء العمل القسري وبحظر اﻷعمال الشديدة الخطر بالنسبة لﻷطفال، على أن تفعل ذلك وتقوم بتنفيذها.

The meeting was informed that different countries and agencies utilized different definitions of the term " child " especially in relation to laws concerning the minimum age of employment and apprenticeship.
وأُبلغ الاجتماع بأن شتى البلدان والوكالات اعتمدت تعاريف متباينة لكلمة " الطفل " ، لا سيما فيما يتصل بالقوانين المتعلقة بالحد الأدنى لسن الالتحاق بالعمل والتدريب على المهن.
