As such, there are persistent demands for accountability to bring perpetrators from all sides to justice and to provide redress for victims of these violations and their families.

It requests the State party to provide detailed information on the regularity of labour inspections, as well as on the number and nature of cases of unfair dismissals and other violations of the right to strike, the sanctions imposed on the employers, and the remedies provided to the victims of such violations.

Following the LLRC initiative, the State party should promptly launch impartial and effective investigations into all allegations of violations of the Convention, including torture, rape, enforced disappearances and other forms of ill-treatment, occurred during the last stages of the conflict and in the post-conflict phase, with a view to holding accountable those responsible and providing effective redress for victims of such violations.

2. It also requested the Secretary-General " to invite States to provide information, including best practices, on any legislative, administrative or other steps they have taken to combat impunity for human rights violations in their territory and to provide information on remedies available to the victims of such violations " .
2- وطلبت اللجنة أيضاً إلى الأمين العام " أن يدعو الدول إلى تقديم معلومات، تشمل أفضل الممارسات، عن أي خطوات تشريعية أو إدارية أو أي خطوات أخرى تكون قد اتخذتها لمكافحة الإفلات من العقاب فيما يخص انتهاكات حقوق الإنسان في أراضيها وإلى تقديم معلومات عن سبل الانتصاف المتاحة لضحايا هذه الانتهاكات " .

9. Please provide detailed information on (a) judicial and/or administrative mechanisms competent to examine and decide on complaints by migrant workers and members of their families, including when they are non-documented or in an irregular situation, in case of a violation of their rights; (b) the complaints examined by such mechanisms since 1 August 2005 and their outcome; and (c) any redress provided to victims of such violations.
9- يرجى تقديم معلومات مفصلة عن (أ) الآليات القضائية و/أو الإدارية المختصة بالنظر والبت في شكاوى العمال المهاجرين وأفراد أسرهم في حال انتُهكت حقوقهم، بما في ذلك عندما يكونون بلا بطاقات إقامة أو في وضع غير نظامي؛ (ب) الشكاوى التي نظرت فيها مثل هذه الآليات منذ 1 آب/أغسطس 2005 وما انتهت إليه؛ (ج) أي سبل انتصاف أتيحت لضحايا هذه الانتهاكات.

(b) Pay full attention to the victims of these violations and provide them with adequate compensation, recovery and social reintegration; and
(ب) إيلاء الاهتمام التام لضحايا هذه الانتهاكات وتأمين التعويض وسبل النقاهة وإعادة دمجهم في المجتمع على النحو الكافي؛

(c) Pay full attention to the victims of these violations and provide them with opportunities for adequate compensation, recovery and social reintegration;
(ج) أن تولي الاهتمام التام لضحايا هذه الانتهاكات وأن تتيح لهم فرص التعويض وسبل النقاهة وإعادة الاندماج في المجتمع على نحوٍ وافٍ؛

All sources and aspects of the violence (be it manifested through torture or disappearances, or through an armed conflict) must be addressed and victims of these violations must be offered remedies.
إذ إن كافة مصادر وأوجه العنف (سواء تجلت في التعذيب أم في حالات الاختفاء، أم في النزاع المسلح) يجب أن تُعالج كما يجب إتاحة سبل الانتصاف لضحايا هذه الانتهاكات.

The Committee recommends that the State party take all necessary measures to ensure that all incidents of " bride-kidnapping " are promptly, impartially and effectively investigated, that all those responsible for such abuses are held accountable, prosecuted and sanctioned, and that victims of such abuses obtain redress.
38- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف باتخاذ جميع التدابير اللازمة لضمان التحقيق الفوري والحيادي والفعال في حوادث " اختطاف العرائس " ، ومحاسبة جميع المسؤولين عن وقوع هذه الانتهاكات ومقاضاتهم ومعاقبتهم، ومنح تعويضات لضحايا هذه الانتهاكات.

It also recommended that full attention should be paid to the victims of those violations and that they should be provided with adequate compensation, recovery and social reintegration.
