In accordance with Article 153 of the Penal Code, whoever, through the use of force against a pregnant woman or by other means, without her consent terminates the pregnancy or induces her by force, an illegal threat or deceit to terminate pregnancy shall be subject to the penalty of deprivation of liberty for a term of between 6 months and 8 years.
