C. Election of officers 3. In subparagraph (c) of its decision 2002/210 of 13 February 2002, the Economic and Social Council decided that immediately following the closure of a regular session, the Commission for Social Development would hold the first meeting of its subsequent regular session for the sole purpose of electing the new Chairman and other members of the Bureau.
