(a) To afford each other assistance in connection with criminal investigations or criminal or extradition proceedings in respect of crimes of a serious nature committed by United Nations officials and experts on mission, including assistance in obtaining evidence at their disposal, in accordance with their domestic law or any treaties or other arrangements on extradition and mutual legal assistance that may exist between them;
(أ) تقديم المساعدة لبعضها بعضا فيما يتعلق بالتحقيقات الجنائية أو الدعاوى الجنائية أو إجراءات تسليم المجرمين المتصلة بالجرائم الخطيرة التي يرتكبها موظفو الأمم المتحدة وخبراؤها الموفدون في بعثات، بما في ذلك المساعدة في الحصول على الأدلة التي بحوزتها، وفقا لقانونها الداخلي أو أي معاهدات أو ترتيبات أخرى بشأن تسليم المجرمين وتبادل المساعدة القانونية قد تكون قائمة فيما بينها؛

16. The requested State Party may request additional information when it appears necessary for the execution of the request in accordance with its domestic law or when it can facilitate such execution.
16- يجوز للدولة الطرف متلقية الطلب أن تطلب معلومات إضافية عندما يتبين أنها ضرورية لتنفيذ الطلب وفقا لقانونها الداخلي أو يمكن أن تسهل ذلك التنفيذ.

16. The requested State Party may request additional information when it appears necessary for the execution of the request in accordance with its domestic law or when it can facilitate such execution.
16- يجوز للدولة الطرف متلقية الطلب أن تطلب معلومات إضافية عندما يتبيّن أنها ضرورية لتنفيذ الطلب وفقا لقانونها الداخلي أو يمكن أن تسهّل ذلك التنفيذ.

(b) Sharing with other States Parties, on a regular or case-by-case basis, such proceeds of crime or property, or funds derived from the sale of such proceeds of crime or property, in accordance with its domestic law or administrative procedures.
(ب) تقاسم تلك العائدات الإجرامية أو الممتلكات، أو الأموال المتأتية من بيع تلك العائدات الاجرامية أو الممتلكات، وفقا لقانونها الداخلي أو إجراءاتها الإدارية، مع الدول الأطراف الأخرى، على أساس منتظم أو تبعا للحالة.

(b) Sharing with other States Parties, on a regular or case-by-case basis, such proceeds of crime or property, or funds derived from the sale of such proceeds of crime or property, in accordance with its domestic law or administrative procedures.

Unity of families Where the application of their internal law or of treaty provisions concerning the acquisition or loss of nationality in relation to the succession of States would impair the unity of a family, the States concerned shall adopt all reasonable measures to allow that family to remain together or to be reunited.
