The rights of disabled persons are guaranteed under the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 21 June 1991 on social protection of the disabled in the Republic of Kazakhstan, which ensures the creation of social, economic, legal and organizational conditions for providing equal opportunities for the disabled.
51 - حقوق المعوقين مكفولة وفقا لقانون جمهورية كازاخستان المؤرخ 21 حزيران/يونيه 1991 المتعلق بالحماية الاجتماعية للمعوقين في جمهورية كازاخستان، الذي يكفل إيجاد ظروف اجتماعية واقتصادية وقانونية وتنظيمية لتوفير تكافؤ الفرص للمعوقين.

In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan on social protection of disabled persons in the Republic of Kazakhstan, as from 1 January 1999, disabled children being raised and educated at home receive financial assistance equivalent to the cost of specialized boarding schools for disabled children.

A new wording of the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on Vocational Education and Training was passed on 3 April 2007 (Valstybės žinios (Official Gazette) No 43-1627, 2007).

واعتبارا من نيسان/أبريل 1999، وبدلا من الاستحقاقات الممنوحة وفقا لقانون جمهورية كازاخستان بشأن الاستحقاقات الخاصة من الدولة إلى الأطفال المعوقين دون سن السادسة عشرة تُدفع استحقاقات خاصة من الدولة بنسبة 0.9 في المائة من المؤشر المحسوب شهريا .

According to the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on " On prevention of disabilities and impaired health of children and rehabilitation and social protection of the disabled and children of impaired health " social support agencies provide medical and public services in homes or stationary institutions to persons with disabilities in need of outside assistance and care, as well as to children with impaired health.
١٤٨- وفقاً لقانون جمهورية أذربيجان بشأن " وقاية الأطفال من الإعاقة والعاهات الصحية وإعادة تأهيل الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة والعاهات الصحية وتوفير الحماية الاجتماعية لهم " ، توفر وكالات الدعم الاجتماعي الخدمات الطبية والخدمات العامة في المنازل أو مؤسسات الإقامة للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة الذين يحتاجون إلى المساعدة والرعاية الخارجيتين، وكذلك إلى الأطفال ذوي العاهات الصحية.

Activities are carried out regularly to provide integration of persons with disabilities and children with impaired health to the society, equalize them with healthy persons and to reveal their talents and abilities, in accordance to the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan " On prevention of disabilities and impaired health of children and rehabilitation and social protection of the disabled and children with impaired health " .
٣١١- تُنفذ الأنشطة بانتظام من أجل إدماج الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة والأطفال ذوي العاهات الصحية في المجتمع، ومساواتهم مع الأشخاص الأصحاء والكشف عن مواهبهم وقدراتهم، وفقاً لقانون جمهورية أذربيجان بشأن " وقاية الأطفال من الإعاقة والعاهات الصحية وإعادة تأهيل الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة والعاهات الصحية وتوفير الحماية الاجتماعية لهم " .
