The initial check for each Annex I Party shall be performed and a draft status report shall be completed within [4] weeks after the receipt of the annual inventory and sent to the Annex I Party for comment.

(a) Reviews during the pre-commitment period, annual reviews and periodic reviews for each Annex I Party as set out in parts II to VII of these guidelines;
