The present report responds to that request and sets out a comprehensive proposal and recommendations for consideration by the General Assembly at its sixty-fourth session.

The following is in response to the request of the Office for Disarmament Affairs of the Secretariat for the view of the Government of the Netherlands on the issues covered by the resolution for consideration by the General Assembly at its sixty-eighth session.

3. Calls for further elaboration of the proposal, and in this regard invites Member States and other stakeholders to submit proposals for consideration by the General Assembly at its fifty-ninth session;

The present report is prepared in response to General Assembly resolutions 54/210 and 58/206, in which the Assembly requested the Secretary-General to update the World Survey on the Role of Women in Development for consideration by the General Assembly at its fifty-ninth session.
أُعـِـد هذا التقرير استجابة لقراري الجمعية العامة 54/210 و 58/206 اللذين طلبت الجمعية العامة فيهما إلى الأمين العام أن يستكمل الدراسة الاستقصائية العالمية عن دور المرأة في التنمية، لكي تنظر فيها الجمعية العامة في دورتها التاسعة والخمسين.

14. Requests the Secretary-General to submit resource requirements for 2011 for the United Nations Integrated Office in Burundi or its successor for consideration by the General Assembly at the first part of its resumed sixty-fifth session;

8. The conclusions of the discussions on the three centennial themes, as discussed preliminarily and at The Hague and St. Petersburg events, together with the final reports on the conclusions of those events, will be submitted to the United Nations for consideration by the General Assembly at its fifty-fourth session at the closing of the United Nations Decade of International Law.
٨ - في ختام عقد اﻷمم المتحدة للقانون الدولي، سوف تقدم إلى اﻷمم المتحدة الاستنتاجات المستخلصة من المناقشات بشأن مواضيع الذكرى المئوية الثلاثة، التي نوقشت مبدئيا وفي احتفالات لاهاي وسانت بيترسبرغ، جنبا إلى جنب مع التقارير النهائية عن النتائج التي انتهت إليها تلك الاحتفالات، وذلك لكي تنظر فيها الجمعية العامة في دورتها الرابعة والخمسين.

By decision 2001/273, the Council approved the request of the Commission on Human Rights in its resolution 2001/71 to the Secretary-General to draw up proposals for consideration by the General Assembly at its fifty-sixth session concerning ways to ensure proper coordination of activities and thinking on bioethics throughout the United Nations system.

Requests the Secretary-General to update the World Survey on the Role of Women in Development for consideration by the General Assembly at its sixty-ninth session, noting that the survey should continue to focus on selective emerging development themes that have an impact on the role of women in the economy at the national, regional and international levels;

5. Pursuant to the same resolution, the Secretary-General, in his report of 23 February 1998 (A/52/799), submitted the revised budget of MONUA in the amount of $180,689,000 gross ($176,430,200 net) for the period from 1 July 1997 to 30 June 1998 for consideration by the General Assembly at its resumed fifty-second session.
٥ - وعملا بالقرار نفسه ١١٤٩ )١٩٩٨( قدم اﻷمين العام في تقريره المؤرخ ٢٣ شباط/فبراير ١٩٩٨ (A/52/799) الميزانية المنقحة للبعثة التي بلغ إجماليها ٠٠٠ ٦٨٩ ١٨٠ دولار )صافيها ٢٠٠ ٤٣٠ ١٧٦ دولار( للفترة من ١ تموز/ يوليه ١٩٩٧ إلى ٣٠ حزيران/يونيه ١٩٩٨، لكي تنظر فيها الجمعية العامة في دورتها الثانية والخمسين المستأنفة.

Also requests the Secretary-General to update the 2009 World Survey on the Role of Women in Development for consideration by the General Assembly at its sixty-ninth session, noting that the Survey should continue to focus on selective emerging development themes that have an impact on the role of women in the economy at the national, regional and international levels;
