In the same resolution, the Conference underlined that the review mechanism should: (a) be transparent, efficient, non-intrusive, inclusive and impartial; (b) not produce any form of ranking; (c) provide opportunities to share good practices and challenges; and (d) complement existing international and regional review mechanisms in order that the Conference may, as appropriate, cooperate with them and avoid duplication of effort.
3- وفي القرار نفسه، شدّد المؤتمر على أنه ينبغي لآلية الاستعراض: (أ) أن تكون شفافة وفعالة وغير تدخلية وشاملة ومحايدة؛ (ب) ألا تفضي إلى أي شكل من أشكال الترتيب؛ (ج) أن تتيح فرصا لتقاسم الممارسات الجيدة والتحديات؛ (د) أن تكمِّل آليات الاستعراض الدولية والإقليمية الموجودة، لكي يتسنى للمؤتمر أن يتعاون معها، حسب الاقتضاء، وتفادياً لازدواج الجهود.

In the same resolution, the Conference underlined that any such review mechanism should (a) be transparent, efficient, non-intrusive, inclusive and impartial; (b) not produce any form of ranking; (c) provide opportunities to share good practices and challenges; and (d) complement existing international and regional review mechanisms in order that the Conference might, as appropriate, cooperate with them and avoid duplication of effort.
وشدّد المؤتمر في القرار ذاته على ضرورة أن تتّسم أي آلية استعراض من هذا القبيل بما يلي: (أ) أن تكون شفافة وفعّالة وغير تدخلية وشاملة ومحايدة؛ و(ب) ألا تفضي إلى أي شكل من أشكال الترتيب؛ و(ج) أن تتيح فرصا لتقاسم الممارسات الجيدة والتحديات؛ و(د) أن تستكمل آليات الاستعراض الدولية والإقليمية القائمة لكي يتسنى للمؤتمر أن يتعاون معها، عند الاقتضاء، ولتفادي ازدواج الجهود.

The Conference, in its resolution 1/1, underlined that any such review mechanism should be transparent, efficient, non-intrusive, inclusive and impartial; should not produce any form of ranking; should provide opportunities to share good practices and challenges; and should complement existing international and regional review mechanisms in order for the Conference to cooperate with them as appropriate and avoid duplication of effort.
وشدد المؤتمر، في قراره 1/1، على أن تكون أي آلية استعراض من هذا القبيل شفافة وفعالة وغير تدخلية وشاملة ومحايدة؛ وألا تفضي إلى أي شكل من أشكال تحديد الرتب؛ وأن تتيح فرصا لتبادل الممارسات الجيدة والتحديات؛ وأن تستكمل آليات الاستعراض الدولية والإقليمية القائمة لكي يتسنى للمؤتمر أن يتعاون مع تلك الآليات، عند الاقتضاء، ولتفادي ازدواج الجهود.

In this context we encourage the presidency to continue consultations, especially in the light of the questions and clarifications that have been sought by a number of delegations, so that the Conference is able to arrive at a consensus, taking into account the priorities and concerns of all delegations.
ونشجع الرئاسة في هذا الإطار على مواصلة المشاورات، ولا سيما في ضوء ما أبداه عدد من الوفود من تساؤلات وما طلبه من إيضاحات، لكي يتسنى للمؤتمر التوصل إلى توافق في الآراء، مع مراعاة أولويات جميع الوفود وانشغالاتها.
