Having considered with appreciation the report of the Director-General of ISESCO and the programmes and activities carried out by the Organization in the area of dialogue among civilizations,
وبعد الاطلاع مع فائق الاحترام على تقرير المدير العام للإيسيسكو حول البرامج والأنشطة التي نفذتها الإيسيسكو في مجال الحوار بين الحضارات.

It appealed to the next General Conference of ISESCO (Tehran, December 2003) to approve and implement the increase.
ويناشد المؤتمر العام القادم للإيسيسكو (طهران - ديسمبر 2003) الموافقة على هذه الزيادة وتنفيذها.

3. Highly Appreciates the successful efforts of ISESCO and COMSTECH in preparing the final document of the implementation mechanisms of the strategy for the development of science and technology in Islamic Countries.
3 - يقدر عاليا للإيسيسكو والكومستيك جهودهما الموفقة في إعداد الوثيقة الختامية الخاصة بآليات تنفيذ استراتيجية تطوير العلوم والتكنولوجيا في البلدان الإسلامية.

Extols the activities implemented by ISESCO on the occasion of the celebration of the city of Sana'a as capital of Arab culture for the year 2004, and lauds its action programme being implemented as part of the celebration of Khartoum as capital of Arab culture for the year 2005. It praises as well the cultural and educational weeks ISESCO carried out in the Member States.
11 - يعرب عن فائق تقديره للإيسيسكو للنشاطات التي نفذتها بمناسبة اختيار مدينة صنعاء عاصمة للثقافة العربية لعام 2004، ويشيد ببرنامج العمل الذي تنفذه للإسهام في الاحتفال بمدينة الخرطوم عاصمة للثقافة العربية لعام 2005، كما يشيد بسلسلة الأسابيع الثقافية والتربوية التي نفذتها في الدول الاعضاء.

Highly appreciates the contacts made by the Director General of ISESCO with Member States to secure their hosting of the 2nd International Forum on the Environment from an Islamic Perspective.
6 - يقدر عاليا الاتصالات التي أجراها المدير العام للإيسيسكو مع الدول الأعضاء لتأمين عقد المنتدى الدولي الثاني للبيئة من منظور إسلامي.

1. Approves the Resolutions and recommendations of the Second meeting of ISESCO Consultative Council on the Implementation of the Strategy for the Development of Science and Technology in Islamic Countries,
1 - يعتمد قرارات وتوصيات الاجتماع الثاني للمجلس الاستشاري للإيسيسكو و توصيته بشأن تنفيذ استراتيجية تطوير العلوم والتكنولوجيا في البلدان الإسلامية.

2. Highly appreciates the successful efforts of ISESCO and COMSTECH in preparing the final document of the implementation mechanisms of the strategy for the development of science and technology in the Islamic Countries,
2 - يقدر عاليا للإيسيسكو والكومستيك جهودهما الموفقة في إعداد الوثيقة الختامية الخاصة بآليات تنفيذ استراتيجية تطوير العلوم والتكنولوجيا في البلدان الإسلامية.

Praises the distinguished academic and organizational contributions of ISESCO to holding a number of international conferences in the fields of science, technology, informatics, renewable energy, the preservation of natural resources and the alleviation of the effects of disasters, and invites it to continue to devote attention to these areas that are vital for the future of the Ummah.
10 - يثني على الإسهامات الأكاديمية والتنظيمية المتميزة للإيسيسكو في عقد عدد من المؤتمرات العالمية في مجالات العلوم والتكنولوجيا والمعلوميات والطاقة المتجددة والمحافظة على الموارد الطبيعية والتخفيف من اثر الكوارث ويدعوها إلى الاستمرار في العناية بهذه المجالات الحيوية لمستقبل الأمة الإسلامية.

7. Calls for the convening of the First Ministerial Conference on the Child, and commissions the Secretary-General and the Director General of ISESCO to make necessary consultations with the Member States in this connection, particularly those which have outstanding expertise in this field It also charges ISESCO to organize this Conference in conjunction with the General Secretariat.
7 - يدعو إلى عقد المؤتمر الإسلامي الأول لوزراء الطفولة، ويكلف الأمين العام والمدير العام للإيسيسكو بـإجراء المشاورات اللازمة مع الدول الأعضاء في هذا الشأن خاصة تلك التي لديها خبرات متميزة في هذا المجال. كما يكلف الإيسيسكو بتنظيم هذا المؤتمر بالاشتراك مع الأمانة العامة.

Highly appreciates the outstanding participation of ISESCO in the proceedings of the Summit Conference on Sustainable Development, characterized by the Organisation of Meetings and specialized scientific elements and the putting up of an International Exhibition on Renewable Energy, launched by the Secretary-General of the Organization of the Islamic Conference and the Director General of ISESCO.
1 - يقدر عاليا المساهمة المتميزة للإيسيسكو في أشغال مؤتمر القمة للتنمية المستدامة، والتي تميزت بتنظيم وعقد اجتماعات وموائد علمية متخصصة وإقامة معرض عالمي للطاقة المتجددة بالتعاون مع منظمة اليونسكو، قام بتدشينه الأمين العام لمنظمة المؤتمر الإسلامي والمدير العام لليونسكو.

13. Supports the programme of ISESCO's Ambassadors for Dialogue among Cultures and Civilizations, and welcomes the approval of His Excellency Dr. Mahathir bin Mohamad, former Prime Minister of Malaysia, His Royal Highness Prince al-Hassan bin Talal and His Excellency Dr. Amadou-Mahtar M'Bow, ex-Director General of UNESCO, to be ISESCO's Ambassadors for Dialogue among Cultures and Civilizations.
13 - يدعم برنامج سفراء الإيسيسكو للحوار بين الحضارات والثقافات ويرحب باستجابة دولة رئيس وزراء ماليزيا السابق الدكتور مهاتير محمد، وصاحب السمو الملكي الأمير الحسن بن طلال، ومعالي الدكتور المختار مبو، المدير العام الأسبق لليونسكو بأن يكونوا سفراء للإيسيسكو لتعزيز الحوار بين الحضارات.

Having considered with appreciation the excellent report presented by the Representative of the Director General of ISESCO to the 32nd Session of the ICFM containing all the details on projects, programmes and activities implemented in between the 31st and 32nd Sessions respectively, which have been of great benefit to Member States and Islamic societies;
وبعد الاطلاع مع فائق التقدير، على التقرير المتميز المقدم من ممثل المدير العام للإيسيسكو إلى الدورة 32 للمؤتمر الإسلامي لوزراء الخارجية، المتضمن تفاصيل المشاريع والبرامج والأنشطة المنفذة خلال الفترة الفاصلة بين دورتي المؤتمر الحادية والثلاثين والثانية والثلاثين، والتي استفادت منها الدول الأعضاء والمجتمعات الإسلامية.

4. Calls for the convening of the First Ministerial Conference on the Child and Social Affairs, during the year 2004, and commissions the Secretary General and the Director General of ISESCO to make necessary consultations with the Member States in this connection, particularly those which have outstanding expertise in this field It also charges ISESCO to organize this Conference in conjunction with the General Secretariat.
4 - يدعو إلى عقد المؤتمر الإسلامي الأول لوزراء الطفولة والشؤون الاجتماعية ، ويكلف الأمين العام والمدير العام للإيسيسكو بـإجراء المشاورات اللازمة مع الدول الأعضاء في هذا الشأن خاصة تلك التي لديها خبرات متميزة في هذا المجال . كما يكلف الإيسيسكو بتنظيم هذا المؤتمر بالإشتراك مع الأمانة العامة .

Expresses deep appreciation for the successful efforts made by the Director General of ISESCO and the Director General of the Department of Meteorology and Environmental Protection to hold the First Islamic Conference of Environment Ministers hosted by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Jeddah 10-12 June 2002) and commends the excellent organization of the Conference and the excellent quality of its working documents.
9 - يقدر عاليا للمدير العام للإيسيسكو وللرئيس العام للأرصاد وحماية البيئة جهودهما الموفقة من أجل عقد المؤتمر الإسلامي الأول لوزراء البيئة، في ضيافة المملكة العربية السعودية (جدة 10-12/6/2002) ويشيد بحسن التنظيم والإعداد الجيد للمؤتمر وبالمستوي الجيد والرفيع لوثائقه وأوراق عمله.

1. Expresses its deepest thanks and appreciation to the distinguished efforts exerted by ISESCO in preparing the White Book on Dialogue Among Civilizations, publishing it in three editions and distributing it among the competent bodies in the member states as well as among relevant international and regional organizations.
1 - يعرب عن فائق شكره وتقديره للجهود المتميزة للإيسيسكو في إعداد الكتاب الأبيض حول حوار الحضارات وإصداره في ثلاث طبعات وتوزيعه على الجهات المعنية في الدول الأعضاء والمنظمات الدولية والإقليمية ذات الصلة بالموضوع.
