By demonstrating the usefulness of such new capabilities and their advantages over terrestrial communications, the I-space programme would serve as a bridge to the future operational use of Space Communications in many fields of application, such as tele-learning, telemedicine and disaster management.

1. The International Organization of Space Communications (INTERSPUTNIK) is an international intergovernmental organization founded in 1971 in order to establish and develop an international satellite system for the benefit of its member countries and other users.
١ - المنظمة الدولية للاتصالات الفضائية )انترسبوتنيك( (INTERSPUTNIK) هي منظمة دولية حكومية تأسست في عام ١٧٩١ من أجل انشاء شبكة ساتلية دولية وتطويرها لما فيه فائدة البلدان اﻷعضاء فيها وسائر المستفيدين .

The Asia-Pacific Broadcasting Union, the Asia-Pacific Satellite Communications Council, the European Space Agency, the International Telecommunications Satellite Organization (INTELSAT) and the International Organization of Space Communications (INTERSPUTNIK) were also represented.
ومثل أيضا اتحاد إذاعات آسيا والمحيط الهادئ، ومجلس آسيا والمحيط الهادئ للاتصالات الساتلية، ووكالة الفضاء الأوروبية، والمنظمة الدولية لسواتل الاتصالات السلكية واللاسلكية (انتلسات)، والمنظمة الدولية للاتصالات الفضائية (انترسبوتنيك).

The central executive authorities of Ukraine approved amendments to the constituent documents of the International Mobile Satellite Organization (IMSO) and the International Organization of Space Communications (INTERSPUTNIK), and the corresponding draft resolutions for adoption of these amendments were prepared for consideration by the Government (Cabinet of Ministers).
19- وافقت السلطات التنفيذية المركزية الأوكرانية على ادخال تعديلات على الوثائق التأسيسية للمنظمة الدولية للاتصالات الساتلية المتنقلة (IMSO) والمنظمة الدولية للاتصالات الفضائية (انترسبوتنيك) (INTERSPUTNIC)، وأُعدت مشاريع القرارات المتعلقة بهذه التعديلات لكي تنظر فيها الحكومة (مجلس الوزراء) وتعتمدها.

8. The orbital network for Space Communications, television transmission and navigation includes the following space vehicles: Ekspress-A, Ekspress-AM, Yamal100, Yamal-200 (communications, television), Ekran-M, Bonum-1, GonetsD1, Gonets-M (communications), Glonass, Glonass-M and Nadezhda (navigation, search and rescue).
8- وتشمل الشبكة المدارية للاتصالات الفضائية والإرسال التلفزيوني الفضائي والملاحة الفضائية المركبات التالية: إكسبريس-A، إكسبريس-AM، يامال-100، يامال-200(الاتصالات، التلفزة)، إكران-M، بونوم-1، غونيتس-D1، غونيتس-M (الاتصالات)، غلوناس، غلوناس-M، ناديجدا (الملاحة والبحث والإنقاذ).

Numerous other international cooperative ventures followed, including the Arab Satellite Communications Organization (ARABSAT), the European Telecommunications Satellite Organization (EUTELSAT), the International Mobile Satellite Organization (Inmarsat) and the International Organization of Space Communications (INTERSPUTNIK).

The Viet Nam Broadcasting and Telecommunication Organization has leased transponders from the International Telecommunications Satellite Organization and the International Organization of Space Communications (INTERSPUTNIK) and other satellites from countries of the region for its communication needs.
واستأجرت منظمة الاذاعة والاتصالات السلكية واللاسلكية الفييت نامية أجهزة مرسلة - مجاوبة من المنظمة الدولية لسواتل الاتصالات السلكية واللاسلكية والمنظمة الدولية للاتصالات الفضائية )انترسبوتنيك( ، كما استأجرت سواتل أخرى من بلدان المنطقة لتلبية احتياجاتها في مجال الاتصالات .
