87. The partnership engagements undertaken to date have supported ongoing work related to preparations for the annual ministerial reviews on the basis of themes agreed by Member States.

3. At its 48th meeting, on 4 October, on the proposal of the President, the Council decided to adopt the following themes for its annual ministerial reviews for the next two years:

In particular, almost all regional preparatory meetings for the annual ministerial reviews are organized in collaboration with the regional commissions, which has helped to bring regional perspectives to the reviews.
