25. During the period under review, further progress was made in the conduct of identification operations for the H41, H61 and J51/52 tribal groupings.
٢٥ - خلال الفترة المشمولة بالاستعراض، أحرز مزيد من التقدم في سير عمليات تحديد الهوية بالنسبة للتجمعات القبلية H41 و H61 و J51/52.

8. Identification operations for individual applicants from tribal groupings H41, H61 and J51/52, which started on 15 June 1999, are scheduled to be completed by 31 December 1999.
٨ - من المقرر أن تنتهي بحلول ٣١ كانون اﻷول/ ديسمبر ١٩٩٩، عمليات تحديد هوية مقدمـي الطلبات اﻷفراد المنتمين للتجمعات القبلية H41 وH61 وJ51/52 التـي بـدأت فــي ١٥ حزيـران/يونيه ١٩٩٩.

As at 23 July 1999, 9,674 individual applicants from tribal groupings H41, H61 and J51/52 had been interviewed since the resumption of identification on 15 June 1999.
وإلى غاية ٢٣ تموز/يوليه ١٩٩٩، كانت قد أجريت مقابلات مع ٦٧٤ ٩ من مقدمي الطلبات اﻷفراد المنتمين للتجمعات القبلية 14H و 16H و J51/52 منذ استئناف عمليات تحديد الهوية في ١٥ حزيران/يونيه ١٩٩٩.

The Identification Commission now foresees the completion of identification for remaining applicants from the tribal groupings H41, H61 and J51/52 before the end of December 1999.
وتتوقع لجنة تحديد الهوية إنهاء عملية تحديد هوية مقدمي الطلبات الباقين المنتمين للتجمعات القبلية H41 و H61 و J51/52 قبل نهاية كانون اﻷول/ ديسمبر ١٩٩٩.

The identification of the remaining applicants from tribal groupings H41, H61 and J51/52 who present themselves shall be carried out in accordance with the regulations, procedures and guidelines that have governed the identification process since it began in 1994.

24. The substantial increase in the pace of identification in June and early July will, if sustained, enable MINURSO to complete, during the month of August 1998, the identification of applicants from all Saharan tribes other than tribal groupings H41, H61 and J51/52.
٢٤ - إن من شأن الزيادة الهامة في سرعة عملية تحديد الهوية في حزيران/يونيه وفي مطلع تموز/يوليه، إذا تمت المحافظة عليها، أن تتيح للبعثة أن تقوم أثناء شهر آب/اغسطس ١٩٩٨، بإنجاز عملية تحديد الهوية لجميع مقدمي الطلبات من جميع القبائل الصحراوية خلافا للتجمعات القبلية H 41 و H 61 و J 51/52.

3. In accordance with the protocol and operational directives for the identification and appeals (S/1999/483/Add.1), and in agreement with the two parties, the final programme of identification for the remaining individual applicants from tribal groupings H41, H61 and J51/52, was issued on 1 June 1999.

29. In my report to the Council of 13 April 1998 (S/1998/316), I indicated that if, by the end of June, sufficient progress had been made in the identification process and in the search for solutions to the contentious issue of tribal groupings H41, H61 and J51/52, I would submit recommendations for a revised timetable for the full implementation of the Settlement Plan with this report.
٢٩ - وقد أشرت في تقريري المقدم الى المجلس في ١٣ نيسان/أبريل ١٩٩٨ )S/1998/316(، الى أنه إذا لم يتحقق تقدم كاف في نهاية حزيران/يونيه، في عملية تحديد الهوية وفي التوصل الى حلول للمسائل الخلافية للتجمعات القبلية H 41 و H 61 و J 51/52، فإني سأقدم مع هذا التقرير توصيات بجدول زمني منقح من أجل التنفيذ الكامل لخطة التسوية.

They pursued subsequent consultations with the parties in the region with regard to the appeals process and the simultaneous identification of remaining applicants from tribal groupings H41, H61 and J51/52, as well as to the preparatory work for the repatriation of refugees and other Saharans residing outside the Territory who are eligible to vote, together with their immediate families.
