OPCW is the institution established to achieve the object and purpose of the Convention, to ensure the implementation of its provisions, including those for international verification of compliance with it, and to provide a forum for consultation and cooperation among States parties to the Convention.
٣ - ومنظمة حظر اﻷسلحة الكيميائية هي المؤسسة التي أُنشئت لتحقيق الهدف والقصد من الاتفاقية، وهو كفالة تنفيذ أحكامها، بما في ذلك اﻷحكام المتعلقة بالتحقق الدولي من التقيد بها، وتهيئة محفل للتشاور والتعاون بين الدول اﻷطراف في الاتفاقية.
