The revised draft resolution submitted by Chile, Guatemala and Peru was entitled " Medium-term programme framework, 2004-2007: Global Biotechnology Forum " , and read as follows:
وقالت ان نص مشروع القرار المنقح، المقدم من بيرو وشيلي وغواتيمالا عنوانه " الاطار البرنامجي المتوسط الأجل، 2004-2007: الملتقى العالمي للتكنولوجيا الاحيائية " ، ونصه كما يلي:

It is also a member of the Inter-agency Committee on Sustainable Development and, under Agenda 21, has been designated as the United Nations system task manager for the environmentally sound management of Biotechnology.
وهي أيضا عضو في اللجنة المشتركة بين الوكالات والمعنية بالتنمية المستدامة، كما أنها عينت بموجب جدول أعمال القرن ٢١ لادارة أعمال منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة فيما يتعلق بالادارة السليمة بيئيا للتكنولوجيا الاحيائية.

He might mention that a draft resolution was currently under consideration by the Second Committee of the United Nations General Assembly calling upon the Director-General of UNIDO to take into account the final statement of the Global Biotechnology Forum in planning and implementing relevant follow-up activities falling within the mandate of UNIDO.
وقد يذكر في هذا الصدد أن هناك مشروع قرار يجري النظر فيه حاليا في اللجنة الثانية للجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة يطلب إلى المدير العام لليونيدو أن يأخذ في الاعتبار البيان النهائي للملتقى العالمي للتكنولوجيا الاحيائية في تخطيط وتنفيذ أنشطة المتابعة ذات الصلة، التي تندرج في إطار ولاية اليونيدو.
