The Co-Chairpersons noted that an extensive list of issues for the future work of the General Assembly on oceans and the law of the sea had been proposed by delegations over the past five meetings of the Consultative Process, as reflected in the reports of the fourth and fifth meetings (A/58/95, part C and A/59/122, part C).
