ثالثا - الاجتماع الخامس للجنة الاستشارية الدائمة المعنية بمسائل اﻷمن في وسط افريقيا

The signing of this pact by the Heads of State of the subregion proves the importance and priority that the countries of Central Africa accord to the Standing Advisory Committee on Security Questions in Central Africa.
وإن توقيع رؤساء دول منطقتنا دون اﻹقليمية على هذا الاتفاق يبين اﻷهمية واﻷولوية اللتين توليهما حكومات أفريقيا الوسطى للجنة الاستشارية الدائمة المعنية بمسائل اﻷمن في أفريقيا الوسطى.

On 18 March 1996, I established the United Nations Trust Fund for the Standing Advisory Committee on Security Questions in Central Africa and invited Member States and governmental and non-governmental organizations to contribute to it.

36. The final report on the fourth meeting of the Standing Advisory Committee on Security Questions in Central Africa was unanimously adopted on 8 April 1994 by the ministerial meeting.

38. The fifth meeting of the Standing Advisory Committee on Security Questions in Central Africa was held at Yaoundé, from 5 to 7 September 1994 at the expert level and on 8 and 9 September 1994 at the ministerial level.
٣٨ - عقد الاجتماع الخامس للجنة الاستشارية الدائمة المعنية بمسائل اﻷمن في وسط افريقيا في ياوندي في الفترة من ٥ إلى ٧ أيلول/سبتمبر ١٩٩٢ على مستوى الخبراء ويومي ٨ و ٩ أيلول/سبتمبر على المستوى الوزاري.

75. The final report on the fifth meeting of the Standing Advisory Committee on Security Questions in Central Africa was adopted unanimously by the ministerial meeting.
٧٥ - اعتمد الاجتماع الوزاري باﻹجماع التقرير النهائي عن الاجتماع الخامس للجنة الاستشارية الدائمة المعنية بمسائل اﻷمن في وسط افريقيا.

76. The sixth meeting of the Standing Advisory Committee on Security Questions in Central Africa will be held at Brazzaville during the first half of 1995, at a time yet to be determined.
٧٦ - وسيعقد الاجتماع السادس للجنة الاستشارية الدائمة المعنية بمسائل اﻷمن في وسط افريقيا في برازافيل خلال النصف اﻷول من سنة ١٩٩٥ في تاريخ يحدد في وقت لاحق.

In regard to the latter, the number of meetings of the Advisory Board on Disarmament Matters and the annual ministerial meetings of the Standing Advisory Committee on Security Questions in Central Africa was reduced from four to two during the biennium 1996-1997.

Takes note of the report of the Secretary-General on regional confidence-building measures, 1/ which deals chiefly with the organizational meeting of the Standing Advisory Committee on Security Questions in Central Africa, held at Yaoundé from 27 to 31 July 1992 under the auspices of the United Nations;
" ١ - تحيط علما بتقرير اﻷمين العام عن تدابير بناء الثقة على الصعيد الاقليمي)١(، الذي يتناول بالدرجة اﻷولى الاجتماع التنظيمي للجنة الاستشارية الدائمة المعنية بمسائل اﻷمن في وسط افريقيا، المعقود في ياوندي في الفترة من ٢٧ إلى ٣١ تموز/يوليه ١٩٩٢ برعاية اﻷمم المتحدة؛

21. The third meeting of the Standing Advisory Committee on Security Questions in Central Africa was held at Libreville at the expert level from 30 August to 1 September 1993 and at the ministerial level from 2 to 3 September 1993.
٢١ - عقد الاجتماع الثالث للجنة الاستشارية الدائمة المعنية بمسائل اﻷمن في وسط افريقيا في ليبرفيل في الفترة من ٣٠ آب/اغسطس إلى ١ أيلول/سبتمبر ١٩٩٣ على مستوى الخبراء وفي يومي ٢ و ٣ أيلول/ سبتمبر ١٩٩٣ على المستوى الوزاري.

11. The Centre provided substantive and organizational support to the third ministerial meeting of the Standing Advisory Committee on Security Questions in Central Africa, held from 30 August to 3 September 1993 at Libreville, and its fourth meeting, held from 4 to 8 April 1994 at Yaoundé.
١١ - وقام المركز بتوفير الدعم الفني والتنظيمي للاجتماع الوزاري الثالث للجنة الاستشارية الدائمة المعنية بمسائل اﻷمن في افريقيا الوسطى المعقود في الفترة من ٣٠ آب/أغسطس الى ٣ أيلول/سبتمبر ١٩٩٣، في ليبروفيل، واجتماعها الرابع المعقود في الفترة من ٤ الى ٨ نيسان/أبريل ١٩٩٤ في ياوندي.

3. The fourth meeting of the Standing Advisory Committee on Security Questions in Central Africa was held at Yaoundé, from 4 to 6 April 1994 at the expert level and on 7 and 8 April 1994 at the ministerial level.
