The President's decision came after the Commission reported violations of the Afghan Constitution, which provides that no foreign countries can maintain and run prisons in Afghanistan, as well as of the Afghan Criminal Code.
وجاء قرار الرئيس بعد أن أبلغت اللجنة عن انتهاكات للدستور الأفغاني الذي ينص على أنه لا يجوز لأي بلد أجنبي أن يقيم سجونا ويديرها في أفغانستان، إضافة إلى وقوع انتهاكات للقانون الجنائي الأفغاني.
