Cuba supports the holding next year of the second Conference of States Parties and Signatories of Treaties that Establish Nuclear-Weapon-Free Zones, which will contribute to world nuclear disarmament efforts.

We have also made this call in other disarmament forums, such as the Second Conference of States Parties and Signatories to Treaties that Establish Nuclear-Weapon-Free Zones and the Review Conference of the Parties to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons.

Thailand therefore reiterates its support for the second Conference of States Parties and Signatories of Treaties that establish Nuclear-Weapon-Free Zones, to be convened next year immediately before the NPT Review Conference.

It is our hope that the second Conference of States Parties and Signatories of Treaties that Establish Nuclear-Weapon-Free Zones, scheduled for 2010, will mark an important step in this regard and will also contribute to a productive and successful outcome of the 2010 Review Conference of the Parties to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT).

Mongolia co-organized and chaired the first preparatory meeting for the Third Conference of States Parties and Signatories of Treaties that Establish Nuclear-Weapon-Free Zones and Mongolia, held in Vienna in April 2012.

9. We reiterate the validity of the declaration adopted at the first Conference of States Parties and Signatories to the Treaties that Establish Nuclear-Weapon-Free Zones, held in Mexico City in April 2005, as a contribution to the process of disarmament and non-proliferation.
9 - ونحن نعيد تأكيد مشروعية الإعلان، المعتمد في المؤتمر الأول للدول الأطراف والموقعة على المعاهدات المنشئة للمناطق الخالية من الأسلحة النووية المعقود في مكسيكو في نيسان/أبريل 2005، بوصفه إسهاما في عملية نزع السلاح وعدم الانتشار.

8. Commend the Governments in the regional nuclear-weapon-free zones for joining together in the inaugural Conference of States Parties and Signatories of Treaties that Establish Nuclear-Weapon-Free Zones, in Mexico in 2005 and again at the United Nations in 2010, and encourage the States parties to enhance their communication and collaboration and to establish institutional arrangements to facilitate this;
8 - ويشيدون بالحكومات في المناطق الإقليمية الخالية من الأسلحة النووية لانضمامها مجتمعة في المؤتمر الافتتاحي للدول الأطراف والموقعة على معاهدات المناطق الخالية من الأسلحة النووية، المعقود في المكسيك في عام 2005 ومرة أخرى في الأمم المتحدة في عام 2010، ويشجعون الدول الأطراف على تعزيز اتصالاتها وتعاونها وعلى وضع الترتيبات المؤسسية لتيسير ذلك؛

My delegation supports the outcomes of the Second Conference of States Parties and Signatories to the Treaties that Establish Nuclear-Weapon-Free Zones and Mongolia and the 2010 Review Conference of Parties to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons, which laid the foundation for the further strengthening of the non-proliferation regime, disarmament and the peaceful uses of atomic energy.
يؤيد وفد بلدي نتائج المؤتمر الثاني للدول الأطراف والموقعة على المعاهدات المنشئة لمناطق خالية من الأسلحة النووية ومنغوليا ومؤتمر الأطراف في معاهدة عدم انتشار الأسلحة النووية لاستعراض المعاهدة لعام 2010، اللذين أرسيا الأساس لمواصلة تعزيز نظام عدم الانتشار ونزع السلاح والاستخدامات السلمية للطاقة الذرية.
