Express common support to ensure that all ASPA Member States applying for accession to the WTO may accede in a satisfactory and expedient manner, according to the rules and procedures of that Organization; also support the requests of regional organizations to obtain, according to the rules and procedures of the WTO, observer status in relevant WTO bodies.
